I visited Lazeez Shawarma twice today and had very different experiences. In the morning, the oil quality seemed off. The fries tasted old and not fresh, which affected the overall meal. However, when I returned in the evening around 8 PM, the oil quality was noticeably better and the fries tasted fresh and much improved.
It would be great if the quality could stay consistent throughout the day, because when it’s good, it’s really good. Consistency matters.

I was at Lazeez near Elgin Mills rd and Yonge st tonight. The lady who prepared our food was an amazingly kind woman! She was very friendly and lovely :) I would definitely come back to this location.

I don't even know how is that posible to screw up order that much. 1. Missing item( babaganough) 2. No souse at all(I suppose to eat it dry?) 3. Instead of lentil rice they put basic rice. 4. Very little veggies and falafel seems like from yesterday, so dry. Don't waste your money, go to alternative place and enjoy food there...

Very nice shawarma. Chicken cooked infront of you. Service was very good. Staff was very nice. Only thing that made it 4 stars was location it was hard for me to find it. Other than that very good shawarma.
I felt extremely welcomed and the workers here are off the chart helping me out to order what I please lazeez is truly a wonderful shawarma place in Richmond hill I highly recommend coming here will be returning.

My husband and I got their Friday wrap/fries/drink combo special and we loved it!! The young man (didn't get his name) who served us was ever so polite and gave us amazing customer service!! The portions were great and the wrap was delicious:) We would certainly go back again!

I have been eating Laziz Shawarma from years now this is the first time it's the worst experience ever add this branch. I ordered felafel on the sticks, and they literally put two pieces of falafel. They didn't even put it nice if they just throw it in and hand it over to meworst branch ever the Sharma other branches they are good.
