Little Caesars Pizza

We were excited to try their cheesy pretzel crust and placed an online order around 8:30 PM, but got an error saying to call or order in-store. No one answered the phone, so we went in person and arrived around 8:40 PM.

Even though two employees were visible in the back, no one acknowledged us when we said “hello.” One eventually came forward to give another customer their order. We politely explained the issue and asked to order in person, but she abruptly said, “No, no, I’m closing in 5 minutes, no more orders.”

We understand end-of-day routines, but it was still before 9 PM, and there was no notice about early cutoffs. The disappointing part was the attitude. We’ve had better service at other locations and pizza places and will stick to those from now on.

Order was ready within the expected ready time.

First time trying this pizza so I can't tell if it measures up to other places. Pizza wasn't bad, but pretzel crust should only have salt crystals on the crust. I guess it can't be helped if some ends up on the pizza.

Not bad, but cheese sauce tastes like a weak KD cheese sauce. Will stick to tomato sauce if there's a next time.

What a disappointment tonight's dinner for me. Ordered a large hula Hawaiian pizza, 3 orders of wings, and pepperoni crazy puff. Let's start with wings, too much spice on the wings, not sure if you changed the recipes or not. Next the pepperoni crazy puff, the is a major difference in size since the last time I order this item. Before it would take 3 to 4 bites to finish one. Tonight, one bite, which was hard, crispy and very dry. In the past it was moist and juicy at the same time, I don't know what happened here tonight. Last thing, the pizza was also a disappointment, order the large round pizza, when I opened it up it looked like it was the thin crust pizza. The toppings on the pizza was uneven, there was part of the pizza had not toppings on it, only cheese. The look of the pizza seems to be over cooked and dry or the temperature on the oven was too high causing everything to be over cooked and dry. Lastly, the food caused my girlfriend to have a severe upset stomach, causing her a lot of pain.

It was totally unacceptable, I didn't even want provide any stars for this.

This was my first time in Little Caesar. Tonight, ordered BBQ Blast Chicken in store. When guy was giving me the pizza he said this is your bbq blast chicken. When I opened the box at home it was BBQ Blast Bacon. Really disappointed, my place is far from the store so I couldn't return it.see attached photo.

I tried Little ceasers for the first time. The food was good. The service was excellent ?. Yash helped me in the app, and he took time to explain to me the offers. Will visit back soon.

Been coming here for years. Overall pretty good pizza, its edible and I never really got sick. Not sure how healthy it is considering the amount of oil used, but i guess its worth it sacrificing some time of your life in exchange for cheap pizza

This place honestly needs to be shut down ! I ordered a pizza received it, they put old stale pieces of pizza in the box and I called to complain and the guy hung up on me. The owner should be out of business, it’s the worst service I have ever received in my life.
