The pizzas that I got wasn’t fully cooked and it also had strands of hair in it, which was disgusting. In my opinion, it was the worst pizza store that I had ever eaten in.

WAY TOO SPICY! They should inform the customers in advance that the pizza is so spicy!

The bad reviews are in bad faith, been going to the place for 10 years now. They are a decent location, with decent folks. It’s not the perfect pizza place of course but it has done right enough by us long term local folks.

I've never had any problems with Little Ceasars. Nothing has been under cooked or over salted or under cheesed ever and I have been to several locations in Toronto and my most visited place is in Richmond hill. Sure, they aren't gourmet or anything but they are well worth the money. Their charge and service has always been decent.

We were excited to try their cheesy pretzel crust and placed an online order around 8:30 PM, but got an error saying to call or order in-store. No one answered the phone, so we went in person and arrived around 8:40 PM.

Even though two employees were visible in the back, no one acknowledged us when we said “hello.” One eventually came forward to give another customer their order. We politely explained the issue and asked to order in person, but she abruptly said, “No, no, I’m closing in 5 minutes, no more orders.”

We understand end-of-day routines, but it was still before 9 PM, and there was no notice about early cutoffs. The disappointing part was the attitude. We’ve had better service at other locations and pizza places and will stick to those from now on.

Order was ready within the expected ready time.

First time trying this pizza so I can't tell if it measures up to other places. Pizza wasn't bad, but pretzel crust should only have salt crystals on the crust. I guess it can't be helped if some ends up on the pizza.

Not bad, but cheese sauce tastes like a weak KD cheese sauce. Will stick to tomato sauce if there's a next time.
