Celine was such and amazing representation of what customer service looks like. He came up to the cash and looked at what I was ordering ahead of time and repeatedly confirmed/communicated with his colleague because I kept customizing lol but he ensured my order was ready promptly and executed the hot and ready although I requested they make a fresh one. Their service was great and the pizza he made was even better. We didn’t make it home with the pizza.. Thank you for this...
Always fast and friendly service. Hot n ready isn't my favorite but ordering fresh for pickup is great. Only item that has been awful was the cinnamon sticks and they were hard and burnt tasting, too difficult to even chew. Other than that one item, have had a good solid experience each time in person.
First time ordering from this branch. I walked in tonight and as soon as I came through the door a young man greeted me and took my order. Very courteous, friendly and he put effort to make my experience a very positive one. The food was ready in 15 mins, which is faster than any other pizza place I've been to. Also, Koodos for the other young man making the pizzas at the back. It's nice to comevacroos youngsters that make customer service look like there is still hope...
