Edit 1: Second time here, tried the Satay Pho and really enjoyed it 9/10! I've also improved my previous 3/5 atmosphere rating to 5/5 as the inside temperature was perfect this time!
Original: The vermicelli with grilled pork was a 10/10 and the pho with beef balls was a 8.5/10. Pho was a bit pricey compared to other spots, and I gave 3/5 for atmosphere because it was a bit too warm in the restaurant. Maybe turn down the heat a bit lol. Will be back to try some more stuff!

Two days ago, my wife and I visited for the third time and were surprised at how different the taste was from before. It was not the pho we used to have. The broth was almost watered down. When I shared my opinion with the staff, all I got in return was that there was nothing wrong. We thought it was a good restaurant and decided to come back, but it was disappointing. I hope the kitchen will check the flavor of the broth beforehand. It was a very disappointing lunch.

My cousin recommended me this place as me and my friends was craving some authentic Vietnamese cuisine, we ordered Dear Saigon Plater and Vietnamese coffee, the food was amazing, the environment was cozy and clean and lastly the staff was very friendly.

The beef balls at P8 weren't very fresh and a bit sour and the rice noodles were a bit small. The food wasn't fresh, and the store offered me a discount, which I flatly refused. Shouldn't they have made it again or canceled it? At my insistence, they canceled the bowl of pho, but I don't think I'll be going back.
