Oh Blaze. I went in with very low expectations, let's start off with that.. and it came out to be alright. Saturday night was busy, that's not a surprise. The tables in the patio were spaced out ok - but could still eavesdrop very easily. Food was better than expected for a chain resto. Washrooms were clean.

My family and I came for dinner last night, everything was wonderful. Coco was our server and she was very attentive and accommodating to all of our requests. Service was a 10/10 will definitely be back!

We went to Lone Star for a family dinner and it was, without a doubt, one of the worst dining experiences we've ever had. We were seated quickly, but that’s where any semblance of good service ended.
We waited over 30 minutes at our table and not a single staff member acknowledged us. Multiple servers and hosts walked by us repeatedly, yet not one stopped to offer water, take a drink order—nothing. It was like we were completely invisible. To make things worse, the restaurant was not busy at all—there was no excuse for this level of neglect.
We eventually left without ordering anything. It's shocking how poor the customer service was, especially when there were clearly more staff than needed for the number of customers.
Save your time and money—go literally anywhere else. Lone Star clearly doesn’t care about its customers.

Worst service ever. Unbelievably bad I don’t know where to start. Most confused server I’ve ever seen with the tablet. The worst was they never took a dish, cup, nothing off the table. Not after apps, not after mains, never.
Restaurant was empty. Multiple staff rolling napkins. Multiple chatting near bar. No one even tried to help clear either.
So multiple people at our table started clearing our things and putting them on table nearby. Then staff was giggling and pointing at us but still never asked or checked in.

First time at this place. Overall it's less than average. We ordered the classic chicken fajita for two. The taste was bland, & and found portions to be relatively small compared to the price. We also ordered the $24 nachos appetizer, which looked skimpy with traces of melting cheese. The service was nothing special. Our main dish took a while to be served. Quite disappointing.

Decided To Try The Highly Advertised Smash Burger Deal For $13.99. We Got Naco Chips And Salsa To Start And I Got A Coke And My Brother Got A Strawberry Fruitopia Included In The Price. The Entree Came With A Good Looking Burger (2-Patties Topped With Cheddar Cheese), Shredded Lettuce, White Onions, Pickles And Mack Sauce. Good Portion Of Fries Completed The Dish. Really Good Tasting Burger With Good Beefy Flavour And Nice Crust On The Burgers.

Me and my husband are regular customers, on May 18th, we had dinner and drinks at this location between 8:30 to 9:30, after paying and leaving the table, the waitress(white girl with dark hair and long lashes)has stopped us asking the reason she didn't get any tip! I don't think that is very professional of her! Besides our reason to not tip which we told her! It is good to know tipping is complimentary and NOT mandatory! And it should not be allowed to stop the guests and question them when they are leaving and are not even at the table! I hope the waitresses get trained for that.

Was there this evening Saturday night May 17. Service was lacking. Waiter unattentive. Took 30 minutes to get our desserts. Reserved a table for 5. Got sat at a cramped table for 4 with an extra chair. Only offered a 50 percent discount on the 2 apple pies we ordered after we sugggested it for the long wait. Both should have been complimentary.

Lone Star Richmond Hill never disappoints. Our family always enjoy the food and atmosphere. My kids’ favourites are the cheese quesadilla and chicken wings. I love the fajitas, especially their fresh flour tortillas. Of course, the unlimited tortilla chips and salsa are always a plus! Tonight, our server was Cadillac. He was attentive, kind and gifted us a piñata for a chance to win a prize for their Cinco de Mayo event. To our surprise, we won the grand prize!! Thank you for a memorable evening. Our family will enjoy the vacation to Mexico!

Very disappointing. I’ve been a regular customer, but the service keeps getting worse. This time, the food was bad, service was extremely slow, and we felt clear racial bias in the way we were treated. We had leftovers and asked for a box to take it for our dog🤢they didn’t even bother. Not going back.

It was an ok time not a good as the Dixon location. To start our server was all over the place, didn't bring us utensils, didn't bring us napkins or a side plate untill we asked for all of it. The biria tacos were flavorful but plated horribly their san Antonia burger was mid. Nothing to special about it. Took almost 15 min to get the bill after asking
