It might be a crowded week day for the place however there were only 3 waitresses trying to take care of everything. We waited more than enough for the food. In addition to, we were able to pay our bill after 15 mins wait. Other than that, food was delicious. Atmosphere is friendly

Our experience here very bad at first, but it really turned around because of our server, Nitin. When we sat down, water service was not provided until the main meal which is not ideal—we noticed it took quite a while for us to get our drinks, likely because we were the only table not ordering alcohol and also since we have a service dog. It could have been a small oversight, but it did set the tone a bit in the beginning.
That said, Nitin was incredibly humble and apologetic about the delay. Without us even asking, he offered a complimentary guacamole as a gesture, which was thoughtful and very appreciated. From that point on, his service was consistently warm and attentive. He made sure we were comfortable and never made us feel rushed or overlooked.
One thing we especially want to highlight is how respectful and kind he was with our service dog. Some places can feel awkward or judgmental in that regard, but Nitin was nothing but welcoming. That respect really stood out and meant a lot to us.
As for the food, the boneless rib steak was excellent—tender, flavourful, and cooked perfectly even at medium well. It was definitely the highlight of the meal itself.
While the overall dining experience started off as just okay, Nitin’s professionalism, kindness, and effort to make things right elevated it into a very positive visit. He turned what could have been a very bad night into a great night especially it’s my pre birthday dinner. Thanks Nitin! :)

I went in with very low expectations, let's start off with that.. and it came out to be alright.
Saturday night was busy, that's not a surprise. The tables in the patio were spaced out ok - but could still eavesdrop very easily.
Food was better than expected for a chain resto.
Washrooms were clean.
My family and I came for dinner last night, everything was wonderful. Coco was our server and she was very attentive and accommodating to all of our requests. Service was a 10/10 will definitely be back!
We went to Lone Star for a family dinner and it was, without a doubt, one of the worst dining experiences we've ever had. We were seated quickly, but that’s where any semblance of good service ended.
We waited over 30 minutes at our table and not a single staff member acknowledged us. Multiple servers and hosts walked by us repeatedly, yet not one stopped to offer water, take a drink order—nothing. It was like we were completely invisible. To make things worse, the restaurant was not busy at all—there was no excuse for this level of neglect.
We eventually left without ordering anything. It's shocking how poor the customer service was, especially when there were clearly more staff than needed for the number of customers.
Save your time and money—go literally anywhere else. Lone Star clearly doesn’t care about its customers.

Worst service ever. Unbelievably bad I don’t know where to start. Most confused server I’ve ever seen with the tablet. The worst was they never took a dish, cup, nothing off the table. Not after apps, not after mains, never.
Restaurant was empty. Multiple staff rolling napkins. Multiple chatting near bar. No one even tried to help clear either.
So multiple people at our table started clearing our things and putting them on table nearby. Then staff was giggling and pointing at us but still never asked or checked in.
