We ordered Handmade Brown Sugar Latte takeaway. When we got our drink, as seen in the pictures, there is little to no brown sugar in it. The drink was so white that it tasted like milk only. Feels like we got scammed.

A small place with fun flavors and even more fun containers. Be warned not all drinks come in the flask-looking container.I got jasmine tea with plum jelly. It was a bit strange to drink the jelly since it was just a solid chunk at the bottom of the container. I had to swirl my straw to break it up. It was tasty, though!

Two friends and I craved bubbletea on a weekend afternoon in September, and I liked Machi Machi at another location. Unfortunately it was bad timing for us, because a new employee was being trained on that specific day. I personally received good service by getting my drink quickly, but my friend was unlucky and didn't receive their drink for a long time while a later customer received their orders before us. We initially assumed it was due to our drink being more complicated to make, but we asked and found out the order was never processed in the system. When a new employee is trained, it's best practice for the more experienced employee to have more oversight.

Pretty bad service. The stuff ordered the wrong drink and said it’s my fault of making her misunderstanding. She told me it would take 5 minutes to take the drink but it takes almost 25 minutes.
