Very disappointed. The service was really poor and unprofessional. I waited a long time and no one cared to help. The prices are very high, and every time they tell a different price. The staff were not friendly and the experience was not worth my time or money. I will not be coming back and do not recommend this place.

I ordered a Gheimeh stew, and when my food arrived, I saw that the stew had no potatoes, and instead they had put shole zard as a dessert on the side. At first I thought maybe I was mistaken, so I called them. They said, “Well, since we didn’t have potatoes, we added a dessert for you instead.” But this stew is supposed to come with potatoes. They just changed the food on their own. The second issue is that the quality of the meat used in the stew was very bad, and I absolutely do not recommend ordering food from this place. The previous owner used to make very good food — I’ve ordered from them many times — but unfortunately now the quality is terrible.

Loved their food, their kabobs are the best I have ever had, the quality is amazing, the quantity is generous, one combo can be eaten by two people. I would eat from here any day and will recommend them to everyone I know.

I used to come here years ago and it was one of my favorite spots, but ever since they changed ownership, the place has completely gone downhill. I recently ordered a pizza and unfortunately got really sick afterward. The garlic dip also tasted off it was expired.
When I called to let the management know, the person I spoke to was extremely rude and dismissive. I wasn’t even asking for a refund, just wanted them to be aware, but instead they denied everything and made it seem like I was bothering them.
It’s really disappointing to see a place that used to be great lose all accountability. From what I experienced, the food seems poorly handled, and it wouldn’t surprise me if others have had similar issues. Please check the recent reviews before ordering — it’s not the same place it used to be.

I actually have a photo of the expired garlic sauce from, which I mentioned on the phone at the time. I’ll gladly include it in my next review update. When we called to bring up our concern, we were told we were “bothering” them — even though we had just paid for our food and were only trying to discuss a serious issue.
It was never about the $16 or getting a refund. It was about being treated with respect and receiving a simple apology. Instead, everything was denied, the call was hung up on us, and when we called back, we were told to stop bothering them.
We even mentioned that the pizza made us sick and resulted in food poisoning and doctors visit, but they still took no responsibility. This response doesn’t reflect how the conversation actually went at all.
Everyone can check the other recent reviews many mention food poisoning and show photos of raw or spoiled food. The reviews speak for themselves.
