Mamma's Pizza Richmond Hill

Honesty nice little store with the unique store layout, the beautiful woman in the morning is such a sweetheart always happy to serve her customers. If your looking for some good pizza that won’t hurt the bank definitely this your stop for sure located in a nice plaza with lots of parking. I would also like to shoutout the delivery driver in the morning he definitely cares for his customers.

The food is great! I especially love the veggie pizza, this place definitely does not deserve all the negative reviews.

Pizza bread was not cooked right

Ordered this pizza it took 2 HOURS to arrive and is stone cold, the doughs super chewy and there's barely any onions on it

If I could give this restaurant zero stars I would. First time ordering from them and they didn't get a single thing right. Their Uber eats store page shows 15 minute delivery to my location, the order took 1 hour and 15 minutes. The food arrived without an insulated bag and was colder than the snow outside, stale, and to top it off, we had paid for a dipping sauce to go with the pizza which wasn't even included!

I will absolutely go out of my way to make sure none of my friends or family or anyone ever try this place, and you can bet I won't ever even think about this restaurant or brand ever again. How could you possibly mess up a pizza order this bad?

Ordered for pickup last week. The pizza is good but when picking up, I saw that those who make the pizza don’t wear any gloves. I wish they would’ve used gloves while preparing the pizza, especially considering it is flu season. Cleanliness could improve. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again because of that, which sucks because the pizza is good.

The pizza was great, however, we paid for dipping sauce which was not given with our order.

I ordered unlimited topping pizza. It was the most terrible pizza. Not crispy at all. It looks like soaked in water.
No taste.
The chicken collet sandwich had only one thin slice on chicken and tomato paste, and nothing else.

First time customer @ Mamma's Pizza.
The quality and taste of the pizza were similar to other competitors. Our choice was Pepperoni and Vegetarian in medium size.
The menu prices different from what you actually pay.

We ordered/paid. for 6 cokes and there were only 5 provided in the pick-up order
