Mamma's Pizza Richmond Hill

Ordered a large pizza with wings combo online yesterday. Very disappointed with the food, pizza is soggy or perhaps chewy; it’s just their regular crust not even requested to hve it half done or whatsoever. The wing is even worst than KFC. Completed destroyed my memories of a good mamma’s pizza. Not recommended to go this location.

Placed the order online and delivery took more than two hours. We called several times to track our order. They told me they left the order at the door step because there was no one answering the door. Obviously, they delivered it to the wrong unit in the building. We asked for a refund and they didn’t give us. We got our pizza and wings cold and soggy more than two hours later. We used to love mama’s pizza and this branch ruined the reputation. Will never order here again.

I have never seen such a crappy place that doesn't deliver for two hours and doesn't even cancel. I will never order from here again. I absolutely do not recommend ordering pizza from here.

+I went to pick up the pizza that was delivered to another unit. There was a cold pizza in front of someone else's house. We ate it because we were hungry, but it was cold and tasteless, and it made for a bad our long weekend. I will never order from here again.

Yeah, I would suggest definitely not to go here, right... When I walked in, windows and everything were open.But but I literally saw 10 flys. circling the food and landing on it and the Woman came to take my order and Seems like she didn't even care that the Flies were landing on everything. I had to fake a call and get out of there as soon as I could.

The most awfull pizza of my life,
First of all the person who was making the pizza and warming it up had no gloves on,
I asked for extra cheese and he just put his hand which i could see were dirty did the process.
The pizza tasted horrible and every thing in the resturant including the suaces on the yavle were in the dirtiest condition ever.

These guys are lovely. Pizza and pasta are delicious. Schnitzel sandwiches on point! (Don't forget to get cheese!)

Stopped to get pizza to bring back to our hotel after a long day at Wonderland. Had two medium pizzas (each with two different kind of toppings). They had fresh basil and tons of spices available. Staff was super friendly, gave us everything we needed to eat at the hotel.

I used to go to the original on Eglinton in the 1960's. Recipe hasn't changed, at least at this location. Very tasty, old fashioned pizza. Ordered online. Pizza ready to go when I walked in.

Parking: Parking is generous and close.

I ordered the calzone for dinner.
It was very affordable at $8.50 + toppings that ranged from $1.50-$1.80.

The calzone was very filling and tasty.
Note, it's probably too big for one person to finish (I couldn't finish it).
I will definitely come back.

The owner was so friendly when we walked in the door. He gave us lots of time to look ofer the extensive menu and gave us a great education lesson on his fancy pizza oven. The pizza was fast and delicious and the garlic dipping sauce I could eat on its own!

This is my first time ordering this, and the pizza was late and cold was on my lunch at this time, so I wasted some of my lunch. I don't think I will have it delivered ever

Meh. It was alright. I’ve had Mamma’s pizza from other franchise locations and remembered how good it was so I tried this location and it didn’t really compare. Definitely not as good as I was expecting but not awful by any means.
