The order was submitted 4:27 pm. It was delivered to me from instore dine in 4:42. It was not busy in the store but it is frustrating seeing them deliver order after order with people who ordered after you and you are still waiting for no reason. Shame on you! Shame on you!

I ordered a coffee today around 11:30am at this location. There were more than 5 to 6 students in front of the counter and lots of people waiting for their orders. I saw my order number in progress and moved to serving section. I was waiting for them to call my number and once I heard they called my name. Immediately I went up to the counter and showed my number. An old lady was talking to a student and the supervisor or the manager was next to her. In the meantime I hold my phone and showed my code to them. The old lady finished talking to the student and she was so rude and talked to me that she has been calling me for so many times. What kind of service is it! Unbelievable soooo rude. Looks like an angry bird.
Ordered an extra large coffee, and didn't even get monopoly stickers as it's still running until 4th November 2024. When asked for it they said new cups are not coming with it. Then you at least should have it onside to provide it when asked. The staff don't even cared also very rudely behaved. Would have rated 0 but thats not an option

I have always had a great experience at this location. The dining room is always very clean, and the customer service is top notch. We usually eat here mid-morning on weekdays, and always look forward to being served by Darlene. Her smile and quick, accurate service is better than anyone and anywhere else.

The food tastes like regular food, me and my friend was waiting for like 30 min to get our food even though we ordered first many people who ordered after us got their food faster, most of the tables were dirty and it didn’t smell really good
