I’ve been visiting this McDonald’s location almost every day for the past two months for a vanilla cone, and most times, Orooj has been the one to take my order and payment at the drive-thru. Her kindness and cheerful attitude truly stand out. She is simply wonderful at customer service, and I want to thank her for making my visits special.

Terrible location, been here twice in the last week and they had me sitting in the parking lot for 20 minutes for 2 junior chickens and fries so I went in and it had just been sitting there the whole time, just complete lack of awareness not sure how they forget they have customers waiting in the lot, watched 7 cars go past us from the drive through all eating fries need to hire new workers and maybe a manager?? Just a whole bunch of delinquents running around not working together

Have had numerous drive thru pick up where I had to wait quite a long time for food to be ready. On a couple of occasions, was given the wrong order. Worst service McD's I have ever been to, would rather drive further to another McD's than go there.

The order was submitted 4:27 pm. It was delivered to me from instore dine in 4:42. It was not busy in the store but it is frustrating seeing them deliver order after order with people who ordered after you and you are still waiting for no reason. Shame on you! Shame on you!
