I always have a positive experience visiting McDonald’s. The store is clean, well-organized, and the service is usually fast and efficient. The staff are friendly and professional, and they handle busy times very well. My orders are prepared correctly, and the food is always fresh and consistent. It’s a reliable place to grab a quick meal, and the overall atmosphere makes it a comfortable stop whether you’re dining in or taking food to go.

Honestly, this was disappointing. The patty and cheese were fine, but everything else felt thrown on. The lettuce was sad, the bacon was messy, and the tomato completely took over. It tasted okay, but it didn’t feel worth ordering again.

Anytime I order DoorDash instead of wanting to drive, they forget something. (I try to avoid this store specifically but click it by accident)

With today’s pricing I’d expect for my shit to at least be all there since I paid for it

I visited this McDonald’s location at 11005 Yonge St, Richmond Hill, on the evening of January 15th around 8:30 PM. Despite the snowy weather and the relatively low customer volume, I was left waiting in line for over 10 minutes without any acknowledgement. There were around 7-8 staff members present, yet no one approached me or asked if I needed help. One staff member in particular noticed me multiple times but chose to ignore me completely. This lack of courtesy and customer service left me frustrated, and I eventually had to leave without placing an order. I hope management takes note of this and improves the service for future customers.

This was one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve ever had.
I came in with my wife, and while she was ordering, one of the employees (a guy named Aman) kept staring at her in a very uncomfortable and inappropriate way.

When the food was ready and I went to pick it up, the same employee had a terrible attitude toward me. When I asked for sauce, he spoke to me rudely and literally threw the sauce on the counter in front of me.

Even while we were eating, he kept staring at my wife, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable and disrespected.

This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. Because of this experience, neither I nor my family will ever come back to this McDonald’s again.

Dirty bathroom desperately in need of repair dirty smelt. I go to McDonald's for coffee daily and it was the first time I ever got a stale cup of coffee. Barely warm and very bitter. Not a very good experience

Absolutely unacceptable — worst McDonald’s experience

This location is a complete joke. I ordered one coffee online and sat in the drive-thru line for a long time. When I finally reached the window, the employee flat-out refused to hand me the coffee and told me to go inside instead.

No courtesy. No explanation. No attempt to help. Just arrogance and a dismissive attitude. When I politely said “please, it’s just a coffee,” I was ignored like I didn’t exist. That level of disrespect is unbelievable for a basic fast-food interaction.

After wasting my time and being treated rudely for a mistake that could have been resolved in seconds, I told them to throw the coffee in the garbage. That’s how little this location cares about customers.

If you value your time or expect basic human decency, avoid this McDonald’s. Poor management, poorly trained staff, and zero customer service. I will never come back and do not recommend this location to anyone.
