Today December 3, 2025 between 6:50 pm to 7:00 pm McDonald at Bernard I placed an order through drive thru
I ordered large fries when I went home I found the box half way empty they charged me for large $ 5.53 and the box was half way empty and they didn’t give me my receipt
I will complain to the head office because this is not the first time
The management need to train the staff how to fill and pack the food with the right quantity.

Sunday night we went through the drive through and we ordered 2 triple pickle chicken combos. We were excited to try it!!! What HUGE disappointment!!! Perhaps the staff didn't know what items were required. Firstly we had to wait for fresh fries(I don't understand then why they were cold) .the chicken was 1/2 the size of the bun, it was rock hard and cold. One pickle, no pickle Chips and one of the combos was completely missing the pickle sauce! We were ripped off and completely pissed off!!! Don't go to this location!

So my order number is #1192 at 6:36 AM (morning). I ordered 2 blueberry muffins and extra large double double (DD) coffee. The lady who is working at the drive through made my coffee black and the lady shift supervisor at that time did not bother to check. I got the order at 6:42 AM (morning) handed in by that supervisor. The order could have been served under 2 minutes! I’ve seen 3 people already lining up when there’s not much people around. This is not a rush hour yet but they struggled to keep up with the pace! Very lazy staff, very incompetent staff and very slow staff!!! I wish there is a zero star button for this franchise McDonald
This location is closest from my home and I visit often, but I am sick and tired of them either missing order or screwing up orders. It's been happening too frequent, I don't feel safe leaving the drive thru without checking all the bags carefully. I can't trust the drive thru team here, I always get my fries missing or chicken nuggets missing. It really SUCKS when you come home and find out your order is missing. They should train the staff more carefully so they don't rob people accidently.

One of the best branch very good attitude I ordered a coffee from different place by mistake. They showed me how to cancel it and they gave me a free coffee. Their attitude is fantastic.

How's this place even still operating? It's extremely dirty. Floors are sticky covered with spilt drinks and food. All of the tables are dirty, garbage spilling all over the place. Flies are everywhere....
Rude bunch of people serving. They couldn't care less about hygiene or wait times. The place is a nightmare. Food tastes awful. Avoid this place!

Sahar lied about a on going promo that it expired where other employees were selling the same.
Bad customer service will chase away customers. Never considering this store.
McDonald app encourages to play by buying a coffee but you denied and lied that it expired which is wrong.
