I’ve been visiting this McDonald’s location almost every day for the past two months for a vanilla cone, and most times, Orooj has been the one to take my order and payment at the drive-thru. Her kindness and cheerful attitude truly stand out. She is simply wonderful at customer service, and I want to thank her for making my visits special.
I have always had a great experience at this location. The dining room is always very clean, and the customer service is top notch. We usually eat here mid-morning on weekdays, and always look forward to being served by Darlene. Her smile and quick, accurate service is better than anyone and anywhere else.
Double ordered the machine was not taken our order,and our money. Replace double order cause it said it didn’t process Manager Ryan came by. Gave me my refund without a receipt no arguments very polite. Listen to My complain with a smile. I hope he makes it to the headquarters and come the CEO soon Thank you, Rayan We need more people like you
