A few months ago I placed an order in the drive thru and was told it did not go through and to go inside to resolve it. I went inside and they asked me to order and pay again. I told them that my card had been billed. The manager assured me the charge would be removed but she refused to give me a receipt. I went ahead and reordered. Several days later both charges on my card were processed. I went into the store and was told to leave my name, number and time of the transaction as there was no manager at the time who could resolve my issue. I was never contacted and nothing was solved.
Fast forward to today. I decided to give this location a second chance. Big mistake! Not only were there no clean tables to sit at, there were bones in the fish! And the fries were not even fresh.

Nice location clean dining room and washrooms. I found it a little busy on Bayview trying to get in/out during rush hour. I ordered, paid, and was handed my order within seconds... It was just a mcdouble as a snack. The food was ok, not the best/hottest burger I've had but at least it was fast and overall ok. Some locations seem to take many minutes for the same thing but this location was quick.

workers have so much attitude. takes 30 minutes to make a simple order. talks back when complaining. food is trash. and most of all the two workers with glasses are the worst. non consensual touching and lots of unnecessary comments to customers. worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever visited. do not come here even if ur starving.

Horrible customer service, takes 20 minutes to make a happy meal and talks back to customers when they are giving attitude first. Also one of the workers always touch the students without their consent and shoves them to the side. Horrible. Food is cold most of the time. And the place stinks. Worst experience ever.
I ordered caramel drizzle iced coffee but no taste of caramel when i take sip and sweetness was very less overall bad experience??

Eventually they will need to figure out the drive thru as it is a terrible location which always leads to traffic jams but otherwise you know what you’re going to get. No they don’t have mysterious ice cream machines not working
