Always missing stuffs

Ordered drivethru at 10:55 pm on nov 30th. Cashier was extremely rude to us because i asked politely if i could give her my mcds app number for the points and she refused to speak or answer any questions for the redt of the interaction. No straws no condiments even after askinf twice etc.
What kind of spiteful miserable people are working here ?

Poorest behaviour of staff...they dont know how to treat with delivery guys....no greetings no smile...if you dont like your job....go somewhere else!

have truly never gotten a correct order at this mcdonald’s location. McDonalds prices have gone up significantly and to be getting an incorrect order every time is extremely frustrating.

The set up at this McDonald is not the better. I used the kiosk and it was difficult to use. Service was slow even though there were so many employees working at the time. The latte coffee was so sweet that I could hardly drink it. The bad thing was that it was supposed to be sugar-free. What happened. Since I was just passing by, I didn't bother going back to find out what happened.

I eat here on the reg. Everyone I know that works here tries their best and it shows. For a McDonalds, they go above and beyond. Even if they only make minimum wage they still put in a lot of effort, and work harder than most CEOs.

Charged an higher price than Advertised. Their sign was wrong. No apology from management, they simply said or sign is wrong you need to pay more. Back in the day if MacDonald's did something like this they would take responsibility and honor their advertised price, not this franchise, they want their 15 cents! How petty to upset one customer forever over a dime and a nickle! No worries there's lots of better tastier options elsewhere.
Update - 7 years later. Same crappy service McDonald's, but prices are 3x more expensive now. There are so many more better options now. For the $17 to get a MCD meal you can find places in GTA that are 2x as tasty, and serve 3 times as many people.

The manager is so mean, she asked me to pay but I told her I wanted to pay with 2 different cards but she kept screaming and insisted that she wanted to see my pin. She is mean and horrible.
