My parents are seniors and new to Canada. They were shopping at Walmart and was advised by someone that they can just get food from Walmart and eat their food at the McDonald's. They had no idea this was not allowed. A staff came up to them, gave them attitude. She was so rude, condescending and disrespectful. She pointed at the sign that says no food allowed and said" did you not see the sign that says no food allowed!" and told my parents to leave.My parents have vision issues, they are seniors and new to Canada. They should not have been treated that way. We have been a customer of Mcdonalds for 15 years. My parents didn't deserve to be treated like that.

Very bad experience. I just ordered a cup of coffee. It was not busy at all. The lady was just standing there chatting with a male customer. They talked about their houses in home town, …… nothing related to food and order at all! The lady spent long time showing her house photos in her cell phone to this male customer. I was just standing there watching them flirting to each other for long time. At the end, I could not keeping waiting anymore, I asked the lady if anybody is making the coffee, and at that time, she just turned over and tried to pull out the orders. Not saying sorry at all, this lady just said “Bye bye” to me with very bad attitude.

Fraud place. Don’t pay any attention to order customisation. A bunch of incompetent and lousy people running the store. Don’t care about any customer service. The store is running just because it is in Walmart. Super disappointed!

They don’t know how to wrap a burger. Once I take the half wrapped burger out from the bag, the onions dropped everywhere. Picture taken after I have already cleaned most of the mess.

I ordered a vanilla ice cream cone through the mobile app and selected this location for pick up. However, when I arrived, they were out of the cones. They should have updated the app to show that the item was unavailable, but they didn't mention it at all. I also didn't receive an apology for the inconvenience when I went to pick it up. Very terrible experience !

Ordered an ice cream cone but they didn’t ask if I was ok with it and stuffed me the ice cream in a cup. I think the ethical way of handling it would be asking if I want a refund or ok with a cup.
