Very disappointed! I had clearly asked for a veg burger and even mentioned to remove the sauce that contains egg. I took a bite and immediately felt something was off. When I checked, I realized it was actually chicken. As someone who doesn’t eat meat, this was extremely upsetting and completely unacceptable. Even though the manager was polite and offered to replace it, it doesn't undo the fact that I ended up eating meat, which goes against my personal beliefs. This might seem like a small mistake to some, but for people like me, it’s not a small thing. It honestly ruined my day, and I’m still quite shaken by the experience. Please be more careful in the future. Food preferences, especially when clearly communicated, should be taken seriously.

Worst customer service and trying to rip people off. Order the McNugget promo at drive tru and cashier trying to charge full price. When mentioned he wasted more time to argue about it. Drove off and thats it. Looks like is a new management at this location. Was excellent before but now it should be shut down. BIG SIGN AT THE ORDER STATION AND IN THE FRONT ONTHE WALL SHOWING THE PROMO.

I visited this McDonald’s for dinner and was good with the overall experience. The location has plenty of parking, making it very convenient to stop by. I ordered a burger and a sundae ice cream both were, tasty, and well-prepared. What stood out the most was the excellent customer service. The staff were friendly, even offered extra fries free of charge, which made the visit feel special. The restaurant was also clean, adding to the comfortable dining atmosphere. Overall, I am satisfied with both the food and the service.
The kiosks need to be fixed ASAP so that if it runs out of receipt printing paper, the screen doesn't just blank out and tell you to seek service. I literally paid for multiple items and wasn't given an order number. The cashier at front had to figure it out based on me retelling her some my items. And the worst part was we ordered 2 applied pies, and it wasn't in the bag nor the new receipt! Meaning, surprise, the cashier must've just punched in a new order with new order number instead of finding my original order that I paid for!
Also these kiosks are out of order half the time it seems.

Went on Monday at 1130, ordered online and then after going through drive through was parked in the reserve parking g waiting for my food.
They took more than 15 mins for 2 burgers.
It’s crazy it took them so long
