15 min wait for McFlurry in the drive through after restaurant dine in closed. This is laughable, either understaffed or hardly working. Lots of high schoolers with friends sitting inside as a hangout spot.
It shouldn’t take this long to order and wait at window. What were they doing milking the cow and freezing it?

Amazing ice cream, compared to other McDonald’s this ice cream has more passion and enthusiasm. It had hopes and passions for the future, and it’s truly inspiring, looking forward to meeting this ice cream again.
😍it’s been a while since I’ve met such a strong willed ice cream, and it’s not easy to aim for becoming the best ice cream in Canada, I hope it achieves it hopes and dreams in 2025.

This is hands down the worst McDonald’s in the GTA! I’ve never been to a slower fast food restaurant. It’s not fair to customers or employees to be so short staffed. I feel bad for the employees who are overworked. This location looks like a disaster all the time and that’s obviously a staffing issue as well. Find another spot, avoid this location.

The night "manager" was completely useless, clearly hated his job.... Didn't want to take anyone's order, refused to actually do any work..... For 2 junior chickens it took almost 40 minutes, and it wasn't busy or backed up just straight lazy and had a terrible attitude when asked what was going on with the food

It depends on the time of day but sometimes the service is subpar and orders are messed up. I can’t remember the last time I hadn’t had something missing from my order (in the drive thru specifically). Today I ordered an iced coffee and a mango smoothie, this smoothie was my last straw. I had to give this review (I think two stars is pretty fair, considering I had received my complete order this time). However my smoothie was not filled all the way and it sadly had no flavour. I was about to say something about it, ask why it was not filled all the way, but the person at the window said “bye” so I just laughed and accepted defeat; that I will never come to this local McDonald’s again.
