I come here about once a week and usually have a good experience. However, today was very disappointing. I was asked to wait in spot number 4, but all the regular parking spaces were full, so I had no choice but to wait temporarily in a disabled parking space.
I waited for over 25 minutes and my food was still not ready. I then went inside and waited another 5 minutes, during which time my child was crying in the car. It was extremely stressful, and no words can fully describe how I felt at that moment.
I hope the management can improve order handling and parking arrangements to avoid this happening again.

The manager very kind, the worker refused to give us a cup of iced water. Even said I would pay for a pop just really wanted iced water, still she refused her name started with a P. I understand that they are listening to orders given to them but it is illegal for an establishment to refuse water. Water used to be no charge, if it is now no prob but the worker kept saying no. Asked to talk to manager and she kindly gave us water. Clearly there was away to charge for it. Actually insane that you have to speak to a manger to get a cup of iced water.

Slowest service.
Way too slow. Over half an hour for a mobile order. I did order a lot, but well over 30 minutes is ridiculous. And I'm paying over $100 here for this kind of service. Craziest thing is wife ordered Uber Eats from a restaurant 35 mins away and got her food first. I live 2 mins away from this McDonalds.

Insanity catastrophic for a Mac Sunday I waited 20 minutes to 25 minutes because the employees are so lazy and don't want to take out the food for other customers😞😞😞👎🏻👎🏻

The restaurant was filthy upon entry. Not one staff member came to clean it up. It was hard to find a clean table. And the fountain and garbage area were a disaster.

First time in this area my order taker, my cashier and my server were amazing.

After placing my order, I was told that there was no sausage or hash browns available due to a broken machine. Substitutions were then made. I totally understand that. Then I proceeded to get ketchup at the side counter and there were bugs flying all over the place. I informed them at the order counter of the situation. It was then reported to the manager. She did absolutely nothing. In fact, she didn't even go over to take a look.

I was heading towards my work nd i thought of picking up a coffee from mc Donalds and i ordered chocolate cookie latte something like tht nd it was the worst drink of my lifeee and it was colddd coffe was till half the cup nd other is all whipped topping it ruined my morningggg never go to this place poor service

Genuinely the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I used to work at McDonald’s. I know how it works and I can tell you, the people working there do not give a crap. Go to the Allaura and Yonge location instead. Much better food and service

Dear McDonald’s Management,
I am writing to file a complaint about the poor service I experienced at your restaurant today at 3:00 AM.
According to your official website and Google, this location is listed as open 24 hours (last updated 12 weeks ago). When I arrived, the drive-thru sign was lit, and the lights inside were on, with 2 employees clearly visible in the back. However, when I tried to place an order, I was told the systems were shut off and that the restaurant was closed.
What was most disappointing was that the employees were dismissive and rude, offering no proper explanation or apology. Their behavior and the situation as a whole gave the impression that they simply did not want to serve customers, rather than that there was a legitimate system issue.
If the store is no longer operating 24 hours, or if systems are frequently “shut off,” this should be clearly updated online to prevent misleading customers. Additionally, I hope management addresses the unprofessional attitude displayed by the staff on duty that night.
I would appreciate a response clarifying the store’s actual operating hours and what steps will be taken to ensure better customer service going forward.
