I was a bit disappointed with the Hong Kong style mixed sauce rice noodle rolls. The wrapper was a bit thick, which made the texture less smooth. It also seemed that there wasn't enough sauce.

Growing up, I never really gravitated toward rice rolls or congee - there were always too many other tempting dishes at dim sum! I found rice rolls too thick and filling, often taking up valuable stomach space that I’d rather reserve for dumplings and other favourites. But Millstone Rice Rolls completely changed my perspective.
The shrimp and pork rice rolls were a revelation. Instead of being thick and heavy, the rice noodle was thin, delicate, and slightly wrinkly...
