This visit to Moxies was excellent! Our server, Hannah, was kind, funny and checked-in a comfortable number of times. The food was delicious and when we needed recommendations, Hannah was ready to share - she also took our recommendation to try the roasted red pepper soup, which was exquisite! Very happy with this family meal, birthday celebration!

Waiter was too busy. Brought out food no cutlery, service was not great. He did try but maybe too had many tables. Not my first time there but this time was disappointed.

I had called the restaurant to modify the number of the people in our reservation, and they didn't modify it and made it seem like it was my problem when we arrived. It was quite frustrating because this was a retirement party for a friend of mine they gave me quite a bit of pushback.

We visited Moxies Richmond Hill to try the summer menu and celebrate my daughter's birthday. The food was fresh and delicious. We especially loved the tuna sushi roll, beet salad with salmon, the beef dip with truffle fries and mango chicken. Drinks were refreshing, especially the $5 espresso martini! Service was excellent. Alex started us off, and Faith took over seamlessly. Manager Anthony was also very welcoming. We were surprised with a beautifully plated complimentary white chocolate brownie for my daughter's birthday, such a thoughtful touch! Overall, a great experience. We'll definitely be back!

Absolutely gorgeous location with genuinely friendly staff. The kitchen will accommodate special plating requests, which just elevate the dining experience. We had the shrimp tacos and lettuce wrap. Both were delicious! They did miss the opportunity to offer us dessert; however, that's okay because we askari also didn't feel rushed.

Service was great!! But a very disappointing patio. The restaurant and patio are just to dark. Food was just okay.

My wife and I went to eat at your location over a week and a bit ago and I must say Kathy was above and beyond with her service ! She took the time to explain everything to my wife who was having a bit of difficulty understanding some of the menu .. my wife told me to leave a review as she wanted to make sure Kathy would get recognized for the phenomenal customer service she provided !! Thanks again Kathy! You were simply the sweetest and the best server we’ve had in a long time !

We are about a week and a bit ago at this venue… I still remember out servers name as due was fantastique! My English isnt too good… however Kathy took the time to explain everything to me ! She is awesome and I am very thankful we had her as a waitress! She made my expérience mémorable !! Thank you so much Kathy! You are the Best !!!

KATHY IS A GEM !!! WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND ! Her work ethic is supernatural! If shes not in management .. then you guys need to put her in management! Paid attention to detail ! Kept on checking on us regularly instead of dissapearing one meal appeared ... made sure we had enough napkins and went as far as providing 120% service experience with a smile on ! Give this woman a raise !!

The service and food were amazing.

We visited the restaurant to celebrate a family members bday on Saturday — and Rasa was fantastic. Personable, and friendly he made sure our party was well taken care of. The food also was fantastic.

All five of us had a great dinner at Moxies yesterday. Our server was Hannah, and she was terrific. All smiles, prompt, checked in on us a few times and got all our orders right. It's great to go out to a dependable place, have some decent food, and share some laughs. Thank you for a great visit. Two of the diners did have an issue with the dressing on their Caesar salads. They said it didn't taste quite right, but they enjoyed their Thai soup enough that they still walked away happy and full.
