We visited Mr. Congee in Richmond Hill about an hour before closing on a Thursday, and despite the late time, the staff welcomed us warmly. Our host seemed genuinely happy to seat us, and our server was just as friendly. They were patient, attentive, and offered helpful recommendations since it was my first time there and we were looking for dishes suitable for two people.

One of Richmond Hill's best Chinese Restaurants. A place for our family to gather. Food is good, decent price, the service is great, thank you Jason for your excellent service.
