Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill - Head Office

Beware of the app. It’ll charge your card but the order won’t go through on the app. I’ve contacted them and gotten zero response. I used to eat there weekly but now I’m done with their crap and their shitty refusal to acknowledge any emails.

I have been going to Mucho Burrito for years, however, today was my last time. I have seen a steady decline in cleanliness and customer service professionalism (specifically in the Peterborough store)
Today when I went - I was surprised at how small the portions have become. 3-4 wedges of greens and LITERALLY a thumb forefinger pinch of cheese. When I asked if I could have just a little more cheese I was told that would be extra. I calmly mentioned the extremely small portion that was just put on my Burrito and I was told if I want more it would be extra. Sad state that this business has become all about profit. Never going back........

Long time customer, who has Mucho Burrito 3x per month on average for lunch. Now that you got rid of shrimp as a protein option, I will be looking for a new burrito shop. It was the only protein pan fried fresh to order and the only burrito I ordered from you for the past several years. I don't think eliminating it was a good decision. Message me when you bring it back.

They’re getting rid of hardshell tacos and now they’re limiting how many ingredients people can get on their tacos and burritos which is pathetic. Mucho burrito used to be a higher quality and have good food but it’s gone downhill in the last five years and I seriously don’t think I’ll be back.

Mucho Burrito Oakville Ontario location, the worst experience ever, The owner doesn't care about the customers, very bad service. I sent a message to Head Office and they don’t care too, they never responded !

I've been eating here for the past few weeks, guys this place is awesome food. I usually get a burrito with chicken or pulled pork. The ingredients are awesome and after eating I do not feel yucky like a lot of restaurants. I feel like I had a good meal that keeps me going through the day, it's very healthy and fresh foods. And the best of all the employees are so so nice, so upbeat and friendly and u can tell they love working their. Guys u got to try this place out. It's going to be my goto place now.

The online payment service, that they offer, charged me four times and resulted in freezing my bank account. My other card was charged twice and I was still charged again, once I arrived, despite showing all of the activities on my accountsThat was over a month and a half ago. I still haven't been reimbursed or contacted by Head OfficeThe Manager, of the location, where it occurred, said it was up to Head Office. She, essentially, blamed me for using the payment service, saying I should have come into, the restaurant, to pay and not paid online. I used the service because it is offered through their website. If they aren't going to fix the issues and take care of problems which would be proper customer service, it shouldn't be offeredMy calls and emails are ignored.I will be proceeding with legal action just to get the refund that should have been taken care of immediately, if there was any regard for customers

Great product but rather absurd that they have no locations anywhere near their head office

Sent a complaint to head office about terrible service at a franchise a week ago. No response. Don't eat at any Manchu Wok--corporate oversight is totally absent!
