Best koobideh in all Toronto/GTA, maybe all North America, irrespective of price. Great price is bonus. Other dishes great too including shawarma wrap, Ash, etc. However, the koobideh is the standout above all other restaurants.

Ask for their wraps for brunch, before gym or workout. Recently they have add pizza to their menu az well which is a must to have. Thank you

Koobideh with Sauce??? Who does that? Lol
The sauce was so sour and too much, you could barely taste anything, the bread was soggy and you couldn’t tell there’s KOOBIDEH in that wrap.
When I told the lady, she laughed and said you should’ve ordered something else then !

One of the best Koobideh kebab that I have tried in a while. It took me back to the koobideh kebabs from Boroujerd (Lorestan). It melts in your mouth and you can eat the whole meal easily. The only one star that i took was because the kebab was too salty for me otherwise it would get 5 star. Recommending this restaurant.
