I ordered 3 meals, Koofte, Shami Kabab and Kabab torsh!Unfortunately koofte and Shami kabab were too salty and Kabab torsh, in spite of its name, was sweet, apparently the pomegranate paste used in preparing the kabab was all sweet not sour! And also, we ordered Maste musir which I guess it was a plain yogurt mixed with garlic (not maste chekide)!

Rude, disrespectful, zero customer and food service.Yesterday, I had an appointment around there and arrived half an hour early. Since I had time, I decided to quickly have my lunch and then attend my appointment.With hesitation, I entered this place (I say hesitation because I’m vegetarian, and almost all Iranian restaurants don't have food for me). After mentioning my vegetarianism, the owner suggested falafel in a rude way.The price was not displayed on the screen; when I wanted to pay, he said pay at the end. This is not right; the customer should know the price.I was there from 2 pm to 2:20 pm, and the falafel I ordered was still not ready.From the kitchen, I could hear the owner telling to chef, in a very rude tone, "I don't know, just put the falafel in the dish and serve it!"At 2:20, I went front of the counter and called a lady near the kitchen who could easily hear me, but she ignored me completely.I left there without having lunch and wasting my time.Customer service and food service, ZERO.

Great kebab but I'm downgrading my review. I don't appreciate the girls lying to me, saying the order is almost ready, when I can see you are just starting it when I am arriving for pre-planned pick up. I understand you might be busy... but don't lie to my face. I waited for 25mins since I arrived. It doesn't take 25mins to cook koobideh. I wasn't born yesterday.
