I regularly order from here and wow, the pizza is great. The pizza is delicious and the customer service equally is good. I called over the phone for a pickup order and was told it would be 15 minutes so thats when I arrived, and the pizza was nice and warm for me. I was greeted very nicely and all the employees are all very respectful and polite. Overall this is a great pizza spot with everything to offer.

We have decided tonight will be the last time we order or suggest Pizzahouse” to anyone. We order a pizza and after an hour called to see where it was and they said it was sitting there. They don’t know how long it had been and that their driver would be back in 10 minutes. We also live 15 minutes away. This is unacceptable to have a pizza just sitting there for an unknown period of time awaiting delivery and there was no intention to remedy the issue, rather the management refused to speak to us and claimed it’s still “warm “. This is not the way you retain customers. Disgusting!
