Osmow's Shawarma

Billing staff girl behaviour very rude , I ask her to add more garlic sauce as I ordered xl size meal , it was looking less while receiving the order ,she ask me to pay extra for garlic sauce , chicken was cold not properly cooked , smell was coming , I am regular customer of Osmow’s, almost everyday I eat Osmow’s, but I will never come again at this branch sorry , very disappointing , I have eaten dry meal after few bites ,I specially come here 5 km from other branch which is under opening in front of royal bank , but very bad experience. Never recommend this branch to anyone

I ordered 3 times from this store from uber eats as this is the only location near to my work. Every time the chicken shawarma had very less quantity never received spoons and tissues as well also it was too dry to eat they donot add sauces properly

Ordered chicken on fries. I asked to make it half salad but she refused its not in her price system. I offered to pay the higher amount if she can still make it but she refused to.

The food I got lacked garlic sauce, chicken was dry and I was given huge chunks. They don’t even give the chicken off the spit anymore, they cook it on a flattop grill… what’s the point of the spit?

Embarrassing… disgrace to even call it Egyptian food. I believe the staff are instructed to reduce portion in all aspects, unacceptable for management especially with the price they charge. I will not return to this location.

I ordered 2 beef shawarma and rice
It was Tuesday and that was the special on Tuesday I paid around 35 dollars and I got very dry rubbery black thing I guess that’s what they called beef
Was very dry and got absolutely no taste
The paper box they served the food in wasn’t clean had few old stains on
What I am supposed to do after I go home and see and enjoy the chewy rubber and the greasy rice
Over paid
Place isn’t clean that’s for sure

I was told there is was no fries went on uber and ordered fries. Just because im not the same ethnic background doesnt mean I do not deserve respect.

The lady was nice, but they seemed overwhelmed. The food was over sauced and oddly sweet, the tables were all dirty and they ran out of cutlery, straws and were low on napkins. Won't be coming back

This is the first time we ordered food from this Osmow’s location. Staff is attentive and polite and this restaurant is neat and clean. Food was ready in no time. We can’t wait to enjoy the food when we get home. Thank you.
