I am absolutely disgusted with this place. First off my wrap was covered in the most disgusting smelling black liquid I've ever smelt in my life. I literally gagged when I smelled it.

I decided to rip off those parts and try to eat it anyways (as I only have a short break and work 12 hour shifts) only to have the entire wrap taste like it was rotten.

Dis-gus-tang. I would personally never order from this location again. What the heck is even going on in this kitchen?

Went in tonight and the 2 women working were both very rude and hostile. Additionally, made our order wrong. We ordered 2 meals, a large chicken on the rocks and a regular half and half chicken. She only gave us a regular size for the chicken on the rocks. When we said to her that we ordered a large, she did not offer to re make it or give us a small to make up for it. They also refused to show us the screen when they said we only ordered a regular.
I also asked for extra garlic sauce on the side, which again she did not do. She put it on the meal.
When I said both these issues to them they literally just stared at us and said nothing. Who works in this industry without knowing to fix mistakes??
To top it all off, when I got home to eat my meal (the half and half chicken) my fries were not even fully cooked.
We were the only customers in the restaurant so there’s really no reason for any of these mistakes to have happened.
Will not be returning.

If you tell them to add extra chicken in your chicken on the rice they will charge you for that but you won’t get any extra chicken, it has happened to me so many times, i visit this place because it’s super close to my house that’s why .

Poor service ,bad presentation uncooked fries we change three times meal but same mistake

Horrible service, the staff is sooo slow, they have 6 staff and they are just chit chatting, no wonder these food chain is goin down with the time. Just horrible!

DO NOT COME HERE! Awful awful awful. I came in for the $5 deal and what I got was crap. Dry and tasteless chicken. I even went back in and complained and what they offered me was two bags of sauces? Like seriously? Paying $5 gives you 1/3 of the normal portion. Don’t waste your time lining up for this crap. I want to give 0 star if I can.

Worst osmow’s i ever had in my life . I ordered saj chicken shawarma and the girls working their they don’t know how to make wrap. The is over grilled and it smells bad.
