After renovation, the food quality and service got way batter. I guess management have been changed. But still I miss those beers. I ordered this this Chicken on rocks. Chicken was really soft and fresh. Satisfaction is next level. I love Osmows swarma.

best chicken shawarma I ever had at any if Osmow’s location. It was fully loaded with fresh ingredients. Also it looks like they recently renewed for best customer experience.
I bought 2 wraps and a box with a wrap and fries, quality was terrible, nothing was fresh the girl that make the wraps had to change the pita 3 times and it fell apart and ripped - the chicken was not fresh she took it out of a container and i asked her and she said its totally fresh, it was hard as a rock and taste was off - I will call the manager today and take this up to their head office as my daughter got stomachache and diarrhea last night from the terrible food - this was my 2nd time ordering from this location the first time wasnt a good experience either - we though to give a another try but this location is terrible

Recently renovated, smell of rotting or slightly off chicken slightly pervading the restaurant. Never had this at any at any other osmows I have been to.
I came in and waited 5-7 minutes without being greeted or order requested by the staff.
Would not enter my order in the POS or let me pay prior to completing the order.
Overall one of the weirdest osmows expirience I’ve had.
Better off going to another shawarma spot or even Lazeez at Steelers and Don Mills for better service and better food.
