She asked the other employee who was counting the cash and he said no. Bthe time in the door says 10 pm close as well as Google . Edited to give the full details as the owner replying denies this happened

I came in, in the afternoon and there were only two girls working at the store. It was a rush time i guess but I got my food within 5 mins. It showed the care and hardwork of staff. And the chicken was really fresh. Very quick service and fresh food.

I recently went to the Richmondhill Osmows and a portion of the chicken on the rocks was missing, so then I emailed them but the response was unprofessional with just a "question mark'. I even followed up but they did not seriously address my issue. Never going to this location again. This was my second time attempting.

Update: this place has truly become terrible. This is what I received for a $13 falafel on stix. Completely garbage.
Love this place. I visit often. I would check some of the newer employees as they skimp on fries sometimes, but overall I'm a happy, loyal customer.
