Ordered 2 Thursday special. I specifically told the server one order is just lettuce and garlic sauce on saj bread the other one with lettuce tomatoes, onion and garlic sauce. Paid 4 dollars extra to get Cesar salad instead of rice for two orders.
First mistake : the Caesar salad had no dressing whatsoever ( I didn’t know she didn’t add any dressing until I got home as I live in Scarborough too late to return salad very dry ) she just put little bit of salad even after I paid extra 4 dollars
Second mistake : She could have told me when I order that the beef shawarma comes with onions and tomatoes already mixed( I’m not sure if this is true ) The saj bread was very soggy seems like it wasn’t grilled and the amount of meat is very little.
I ordered from other osmows location and was good until I ordered from this location. I will never come back to this store. I don’t think she is properly trained and seems like she doesn’t know the product well.

I had an amazing experience at Osmow's today, thanks to Tanu! She was super friendly, attentive, and really made my visit enjoyable. The food was absolutely delicious, as always, and Tanu’s service made it even better. She made great recommendations and ensured everything was perfect

If I could give half a star that would still be to generous. . ordered lamb on the rocks medium spice . Not only was a disappointment on the low quality of food but the very little of meat I got i would not recommend I feel like over the years Osmos went to shit and is not the good quality that it was once before .cold food bad service little to no meat and the meat that was their the tasted like yesterday leftovers

This is the worst shawarma I have tried in Toronto. Other Osmos branches are not that bad but this one is terrible.
When I was eating the Shawarma I realized that the chicken that they put in there wasn't a fresh chicken that they had up on the grill most of it was crunchy and dry as if it was left on the grill for a while I'm not really sure what they would do that. Each location differs from another. Osmow’s Shawarma is back at it again, bringing its signature flavors and mouthwatering wraps to yet another location! If you thought you knew shawarma, think again—this place takes the classic and elevates it to a whole new level.
