First time at Palgong, place was small but clean. Asked the staff for her recommendation and she said Hojicha milk tea (something to that affect) tasted terrible almost like fish… never again. My kids did like the Jakemans maple milk tea, a bit on the sweeter side. My daughter didn’t like the strawberry cheese cake. Going to stick with tiger sugar

My server Catherine was so helpful and kind. She offers me the best recommendations every time! Palgong has a very wide selection of teas and coffees. It's become the go-to for my friends and family. If you're in the area, I would definitely try it. P.S. The fruit bits in the fruit teas are the best, especially the lychee.

Staff members are nice and polite, but the drinks taste like water (tried many different drinks here, not one stands out). Definitely not worth it for the price as there are many options nearby for better value.
