They did not go through with their commitment, given over a week’s notice of the date. Ruined a child’s birthday party and were not remorseful and placed blame on the customer.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered my son’s birthday cake in advance. I had to cancel and change the date which I had called days in advance and requested to have the cake on October, 11. When I got there on October, 11 not only they didn’t have the cake ready, and called me a liar by saying I had told them I would call and confirm which I had confirmed the date when I called to change the date, also the baker said people call 3 days in advance to confirm I don’t understand why I have to confirm when I confirmed the date 2 weeks ago. This was the worst service and experience ever and now my son has no cake at his birthday party. Very unprofessional and will never order with them again.
