Hidden in a mall that’s almost abandoned, and this kitchen feels like the only thing that is attracting customers. Fast, reasonable priced, and tasty Chinese fast food. Portions are huge too. Busy on weekend nights. Recommend to call ahead before pick up.

We feel that we win a jackpot to have found this amazing spot in Richmond Hill! Truly the best deep-fried chicken with egg fried rice we’ve ever had (includes everywhere we’ve eaten in Southeast Asia and here in Canada). The portions are huge. Each order comes with 2 pieces of chicken (drumstick and/or breast), perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and full of flavour. The egg fried rice is not greasy at all (unlike most places!) and incredibly tasty.
We always order 2 portions and end up taking home a full box of leftover fried rice for our next meal! We've been eating here for 2 years and 99.98% of the time, we're thrilled and already looking forward to our next visit.
Another go-to is the sweet and sour chicken with egg fried rice, not too sweet, not too sour, always hot and comforting. It seriously hits the spot.
If you haven’t tried it yet, you really should. Just make sure to call at least 15-20 minutes ahead as they’re often super busy. The food court is right there, so it’s easy to grab your food and enjoy it fresh.
At $12 a dish, the quality and price are unbeatable.
A quick note: it will be very crowded during rush hours, so please be patient with the receptionist. She works incredibly hard and always tries her best to help, even if English isn’t her first language.
Wholeheartedly recommend!!

The service was very friendly and efficient, the food was delicious and the portions were very generous for the low prices. There are a few tables with seating at the food court and the food was prepared quickly. The Stir Fried Chili Chicken with Egg Fried Rice was fresh and flavourful, the chicken was really tender and juicy, the spices were balanced and the gravy went really well with the fried rice. The General Tao chicken was a tasty mix of sweet and spicy and the gravy was delicious too. The two combos came with a can of pop as well which for the price is remarkable. Overall this place is a little hidden gem which offers very generous portions of delicious food and the service is excellent. Will definitely have to come back and try more items!

Good food, good price!
Visited half eleven on a Thursday and was served straight away by friendly and efficient staff. I had the sweet and sour chicken and opted for fried rice. The chicken was pretty good and the portion very filling. The meal also came with water/can of soda for $12. There are plenty of seats in the food court and the washroom facilities are close by.

My go-to Canto take-out for decades now. Always make sure you order ahead, as it takes 20-25 mins to prepare your orders.

Interestingly vacant mall
I bought beef with butter melon and found a piece of plastic wire inside. This take out kitchen is not clean at all.

Was waiting for other stall (BanBan) to open. I needed a side dish. Saw line up at Parkway and lined up. It took longer to place order than receiving the food. Service is no fuss and no muss, you better know what you want or be rolled over. The machine doesn't like chip cards, I am happy I had another way to pay.
Waited for another order at the different stall and left. I got to the hotel room and opened the box. I ordered the fried rice with Chicken & Shrimp.I have never seen such a large portion of food. The container could barely contain the sheer volume of rice.
I ate 6 meals out of that portion (3 lunches and 3 dinners). The rice was done well for the price. Would have benefited from some sauce as the rice was super dry. Thankfully my main course had leftover sauce and balanced it out.
May return.

I purchased the 10% VIP card, and yesterday, when I paid for my food order, I wasn’t allowed to use it. The reason given was that the government had already provided a tax-free holiday. This reasoning didn’t make sense to me. The tax-free holiday is a benefit provided by the government, and it feels unfair to have my VIP card benefits denied. Does anyone know which government agency I can contact to file a complaint about this?

Decided to give this spot a try for and wasn’t disappointed! A little bit on the pricey side as I don’t like to go over $10 for lunch but portions were pretty good and tastes amazing! Located inside Parkway mall beside the Esso.
