I know you only have one person working for the whole shop, but you are so rude.

I just want to pick up a pita for my daughter for lunch and I encountered the rudest employee. A younger lady probably in her 20s Didn’t say hello told me pick my toppings with an attitude I even added a tip after picking my toppings she asked what cookie I wanted with a combo like I was bothering her, even after I sent her a tip Then she proceeded to make the pita so quickly wrapped and gave it to me. Cold didn’t even ask if I wanted it heated when I asked her to please heat it. She looked at me with discussed ripped off the wrapper and heated it for 10 seconds. I told her her customer service is terrible and she acts like she doesn’t wanna be here. She told me oh well and shoved her fingers in the air like bye-bye leave. Even after I told her I would make a complaint she said great Would never go back here or hire someone like her December 15 2025

My favorite fast food place. Good size portions but is a bit pricey. I go when they have deals only.

You'll find some very fresh food here and I suggest you check out Pita Pit for yourself.

All the best!

The chicken was dry and bland.

My wife and I stopped in for lunch on the way through Richmond Hill, happy to find a PitaPit (one of our favourites), but only to discover that it was the ONLY restaurant in the whole plaza that was closed for the entire long weekend!

I can understand shutting down on the Monday, but on a busy Saturday when every other restaurant was busy and the parking lot was full? Come on.

We went elsewhere, but were VERY disappointed.

Very rude at this location. I ordered a pita and they didn’t give me what I had ordered. I tried to explain but they got very defensive. I told them I would eat it anyway. But it was gross.

Excellent service, food and clean atmosphere. Second time there and both were A++. The young lady at the counter making the pitas is so very pleasant and accommodating so nice to see someone who is knots doing her job and doing it so well.

Sandra was an amazing cashier/ food maker. She greeted me at the door, she smiled, she got my order right! If I was her manager I would promote her. Amazing job Sandra I will be coming back here every single day

Love the pita pit. I just wish they were open on weekends and later than 7 pm.I'm always craving a pita on the weekend, and after the store closes. ?The nearest one to me after this location is in Scarborough.

Parking: Lots of parking, but subject to buisness hours and the busyness of other stores near by. It can get full during peek hours.

Wheelchair accessibility: It looked pretty accessible to me, ramps on the sidewalks, and no big lip on the main door. The door wasn't automatic, though, but I'm sure the staff is friendly enough to assist if needed. They are super friendly and accommodating.

This place is disgusting they charged me 30 dollars for a small piece of turkey in the pita and also I complained out the puke tasting smoothie and the employee rudely said there could be nothing done about it and to email the head office for a refund…

I do not come here often and when I do, I usually just order a salad. However, I just walked out of there and it’s my first time ordering a pita. The girl on staff was rude when I asked clarifying questions. While my question might have sounded dumb, I wanted to be sure of how to proceed with the order, since I have literally never gotten a pita here. Anyway, she worked quick and got my food done fast, but that miserable attitude has to go. We all have bad days, but when you’re the first face someone sees when going in to a store, the person can at least try to be, if not friendly, at least polite, and leave the attitude at the door.

Hours are terrible, and unsure why they still have COVID protocols (plexi glass all over & need to pick toppings at cashier). Maybe a directive from new ownership of the franchise? Very inconvenient.
