Very disappointed with my recent order. The pizza arrived cold and soggy, and the toppings were uneven with barely any cheese. Customer service wasn’t helpful at all when I called to report the issue. Definitely not the quality I expected from Pizza Nova.

Just had a phone call from pizza nova head office. Girl called and asked me about the service and food quality. I should say I usually don’t eat pizza .
The only pizza I’ve had ever seen worth and worked for me wasDANTES pizza in thornhill Old school different quality…..3 brothers they don’t exist anymore /
I have a weird diet. But that evening I Said who cares, I was tired, exhausted, and sunburned , I called ,,and the sales representative girl was experienced person ...she was quite nice to me during the time I was placing orders .
I took her advice . Delivery guy was a very polite gentleman who had to call me couple of times to get me on the phone.think he was Persian ,,,, his accent. Thank you.

Hopefully pizza Nova head office will be able to give both of them,(him and her ) more hrs or some coupons or befits. As we all know No pension plan in pizza stores for employees ,,,,,!!! Any how I liked the service I liked the chicken wings I liked the pizza Definitely if I want to place the order and go with any fast foods in future.I call you.
