We ordered three large party-size pizzas for ECE Appreciation Day. While we were in the car, the delivery person called, saying he couldn't find the address. We guided him on how to reach our parking lot, but before hanging up, he swore in Farsi, which I understood. I was upset and asked him why he was swearing. He seemed shocked that I understood his language and responded, "I wasn't talking to you; it's none of your business." I told him it didn't matter who he was talking to; he had no right to use inappropriate language. I then asked him to meet us in the parking lot. When he arrived, he got out of his car and started yelling at me, insisting he wasn't speaking to me. He explained he was having a bad day and expressed disappointment that someone from his own country was giving him a hard time. What was most upsetting was that he never apologized and continued to argue loudly and repeatedly defending his actions, raising his voice to the point where staff members on their break came out to check on me. It was really disappointing; we planned this as a fun way to appreciate our staff’s hard work, and it ended up being ruined by this encounter.

I'm not from around here and I come here because it's one of the best pizza novas in GTA... If you get what your intending...a lot of stores cater to the area. Some areas like very little sauce heavy cheese and thick dough. I like the opposite. Crispy fluffy crust that's not super thick, nice rich sauce and a dusting of mozzarella. I like how they make it, soo good and fresh

If you want quality food at a good price I would definitely suggest this location. The people that make it and deliver are lovely.
Why this rating? Well the food is good. We make an order for pickup. The woman started the order but put the wrong things in the bag. When I told her, she corrected it but the order was not complete. Then another person walked in, before she completes my order, she asked the other person about their order. I was standing there waiting on my drinks. When I advised about the drinks, she barked back at me "wait a minute" in an angry tone of voice. She didn't mark the book boxes to state which was which and no napkins. I'm not sure if I will order from this location again but I should have known because their rating is below 4. This should tell people about their business and how they treat their customers.
