Pizza Pizza at Elgin Mills is easily the best one around. The pizza is always fresh, and made just right every single time. I actually travel past two other Pizza Pizza locations just to come to this one — that’s how much better the quality and service are here.

The experience at this store was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The store owner yelled at my mother and even used inappropriate language toward her, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, employees were handling food without gloves, which raises serious health and safety concerns. This type of behavior and disregard for basic standards is unacceptable in any business. I strongly urge HR or upper management to address this situation immediately, because no customer should ever be treated this way.
