This issue occurred simply because I requested a replacement for the pizza at the same moment, before it was prepared. The pizza I received was undercooked, with the cheese and other ingredients not properly baked.

The server was very rude and rushed me, not giving me clear answers on which toppings were included. Went on line and noticed Chicken and Cheese were extra and not included in the free 2 toppings. So a medium $8.99 pizza ended up been $15.49. Server needs to be more clear with his instructions.
