We had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience at this location. My wife went in to order one slice of pizza for my daughter. When my wife asked for the pizza, the lady told her they would not provide a box, and my wife said that was fine. However, when my wife mentioned that I would leave a review for the store, the lady (manager ) suddenly refused to sell her anything, spoke to her in Farsi using inappropriate language, and told her to leave the store. After her left , her daughter followed my wife outside, came to her car, knocked on the window, and also used offensive words toward my wife .This behavior was shocking, unacceptable, and extremely unprofessional. it is harassment and completely unacceptable behavior deserve respect and basic courtesy, no matter the situation. No customer should ever feel unsafe when visiting a Pizza Pizza. will not be returning to this location and I hope head office takes action. fortunately cameras recorded everything , and I have already reported this incident to Pizza Pizza head office for immediate investigation

I got a delivery order from this location, it arrived on time and food was very delicious and warm. The delivery driver Ismael Zarei, was very kind, very polite and very respectful and he really cared about the customer happiness and customer service I would highly recommend this location.

This Pizza Pizza has always been my favorite place for delicious pizzas! I’ve been a regular customer, and the quality has never disappointed me. The ingredients are fresh, the crust is perfect, and they always have a great variety to choose from. A big shoutout to Sareh, the manager, for running the store so well! She is always so friendly, professional, and ensures everything is perfect for the customers. The service is quick, and the staff is super welcoming. Highly recommend this location for anyone who loves great pizza and excellent service!🩷

There was a note all the time No washroom. I think they are forcing customers not to use their washroom. It’s legal the washroom should be available for customers. Next time I will call the health regarding this issue. Very hard to order the food from them because they speak specific language and don’t understand English. Very poor customer service.

Last night (December 13), I ordered a pizza and a dip and paid 15% tip. I noticed that the taste of dip was different, so I checked the expiry date on the dip and found it was expired. I have always trusted this franchise, but this experience has shaken my confidence. Please ensure such issues are avoided in the future to maintain customer trust.

Pizza Pizza never fails to disappoint you on every aspect of the service and food. Came to get the "free slices" that was promised on the ads from the Raptors game. Been told by the owner that we have to contact head office to get some qr code in order to get the free slice. We gave up since it's a lot of trouble... This whole pizza Pizza ads is just a scam. We just ordered some pizza for the kids. While waiting, we wanted to go to the washroom and you get these crime scene notes saying no washroom use allowed (despite the fact that you seeing the people using the "closed washroom" anyways). Extremely disappointed about this particular store location.
I went here for a quick lunch and just 2 slices both slices had barely any sauce just straight cold cheese there was almost no pepperonis on it either the service was good but the pizza was disgusting
