This Pizza Pizza has always been my favorite place for delicious pizzas! I’ve been a regular customer, and the quality has never disappointed me. The ingredients are fresh, the crust is perfect, and they always have a great variety to choose from. A big shoutout to Sareh, the manager, for running the store so well! She is always so friendly, professional, and ensures everything is perfect for the customers. The service is quick, and the staff is super welcoming. Highly recommend this location for anyone who loves great pizza and excellent service!🩷

There was a note all the time No washroom. I think they are forcing customers not to use their washroom. It’s legal the washroom should be available for customers. Next time I will call the health regarding this issue. Very hard to order the food from them because they speak specific language and don’t understand English. Very poor customer service.

Last night (December 13), I ordered a pizza and a dip and paid 15% tip. I noticed that the taste of dip was different, so I checked the expiry date on the dip and found it was expired. I have always trusted this franchise, but this experience has shaken my confidence. Please ensure such issues are avoided in the future to maintain customer trust.

Pizza Pizza never fails to disappoint you on every aspect of the service and food. Came to get the "free slices" that was promised on the ads from the Raptors game. Been told by the owner that we have to contact head office to get some qr code in order to get the free slice. We gave up since it's a lot of trouble... This whole pizza Pizza ads is just a scam. We just ordered some pizza for the kids. While waiting, we wanted to go to the washroom and you get these crime scene notes saying no washroom use allowed (despite the fact that you seeing the people using the "closed washroom" anyways). Extremely disappointed about this particular store location.

Great place to get a pizza with a deal always fresh and crispy and with halal options. Store is always clean and organized and full of options. The persian girl that takes and makes the order is always warm and welcoming and gives service with a smile which makes it easier to come back the next time for the next order.
We ordered 2 large 4-topping pizzas, one with green peppers, tomatoes, green olives, and mushrooms and the other with a cheese-stuffed crust, half onion-pineapple-sundried tomato and half six cheese blend.
Overall, the pizzas were delicious and the amount of toppings was generous. The only constructive criticism we had is that the dough could be better / more flavourful.
The location is very accessible with ample amounts of parking surrounding this location. The service provided was excellent. There was a short wait for the pizzas to be ready.
Initially we thought the pizza was missing sundried tomatoes. We asked the staff about the “missing” topping, and they kindly explained that they place the sundried tomatoes under the cheese layer so that they don’t get burned in the oven. They even provided us with complimentary dipping sauces since we had to come back to address the issue.
All in all, our request to make sure they are using a clean cutter was respected and we didn’t find any issues with our pizzas.
Thanks to the staff at this Pizza Pizza location. Hopefully future customers have similar good experiences here!
