I had a disappointing experience at Pizza Pizza. I waited for about 30 minutes because the person at the counter was unable to process my payment in the system. After struggling for a while, they eventually told me they didn’t know the password to complete the transaction. Meanwhile, the pizza I had ordered was ready, but I couldn’t get it due to this issue. I’m not sure how they manage things here, but this was very frustrating and unprofessional.

i tried to get my free slice of pizza from Leafs game, when i wanna show my qr code to get the slice, the guy from the kitchen said i have to order through the app
after i order from the app, i showed that guy with my order and told him that i just need to take the slice and doesn't need to reheat it, he said it's "company policy" in a impolite way and insisted to reheat it (never heard of this "policy" from any other store), then instead of getting a slice from the stand next to the cashier, he got a slice inside the kitchen and gave it to me after reheat it, i suspected that it's the leftover from the day before
No matter u r getting your free slice or order a pizza through the app or by delivery, make sure u don't order from this store because there is a good chance you will get leftover from previous days

Nice of them to let me use the restroom! Good pizza, still fresh late.at.night! Convenient location, nice little step to sit on outside of the store. Staff is a little how to say, standoffish. They don't like to help people unless they're buying something, and when I informed the clerk I was not accepting his clearly FAKE $5, he gave me another one AND PUT THE FAKE ONE RIGHT BACK. IN THE TILL! Isnt there any laws against counterfeiting?

Don't ever go to this store! The staff is extreeeeeemely rude, their attitude is disgusting, and the hygiene is terrible. I hope they go out of business soon. This is the most revolting restaurant I've eaten at in the past ten years. None of the staff had a smile on their face, and they acted like I owed them money. The cashier name Gurvir was extremely rude, we got 2 slices of pizza for takeout and we wanted a lid to cover it and he didn’t give us, we were ready to pay for it too but he wasn’t being helpful. Very disappointed with his customer service.
