I walked in and sat down with my family. There were 2 of the 5 tables full, and I ordered the supreme pizza and the topol sandwich. They took 45 minutes to bring our food, and the customer service asked us 3 times what our order was THREE TIMES. Anyway, that's not even the worst part when I sat at the table it was extremely unclean!! And no one came to clean it after ten minutes someone finally came because I called for him and when he started cleaning he pointed the spray at my and my husband's face and shot it three times. They were swaping the foods from other tables, and keeping on doing that, one of them even ate a slice before giving it to the other customer. When I eventually got my food, I got overpriced because he gave me a small pizza for the same price as a medium pizza and it tasted absolutely garbage differently. It wasn't worth 70 dollars, never coming back again.

The quality of the food is not bad, but the prices are not justified, but the staff is disorganized and confused. Tonight, considering that 3 of the 5 tables were busy with customers, he said that he was very busy. He would pick it up and put it on the next table and change the food. When we sat on the table, no one came to clean the table, then after 10 minutes when I called them, he sprayed me and my son at a close angle without any hesitation several times in a row. Puff Z started to clean the table. I was not satisfied with the service at all and I will not return to this place. The worst thing is because the dishes were changed. I had ordered a medium pizza and because it had been moved, we got a small pizza. It is interesting that I paid the extra charge for the size and in short less. We ate together, anyway, the friends of these friends of ours should see the most period again.

After several months, I ordered a meat lovers' pizza. They delivered a minced meat one to me. I have photos of the pizza. If you want to see what junk they sent me, send me your email, and I'll show you what garbage they delivered to me

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pizza Shab, and I can confidently say it's a standout pizza place! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a casual meal.
The pizza itself was beef lovers, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The crust had just the right amount of crunch, and the toppings were generous and high-quality. I especially loved the unique combinations available, which really set them apart from other pizza joints.
A special shoutout to the cashier, Masih, whose friendly demeanor and excellent customer service made the experience even better. Masih was knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations, making the ordering process smooth and enjoyable.
Overall, I highly recommend Pizza Shab for anyone craving delicious pizza in a welcoming environment. I can't wait to return!

Delicious and Authentic!
I recently visited Pizza Shab, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best pizza places I've ever been to! The crust was perfectly crispy and golden. I tried the supreme mix, and it was both interesting and delicious.
The staff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was cozy. I also appreciated the variety of toppings and specialty pizzas on the menu. I can't wait to go back and try more flavors. Highly recommend!

Who can please a picky (discerning) eater? It's not an easy task, but Pizza Shab (پیتزا شب) in Richmond Hill has done just that. The first time my son and I came, we enjoyed the Bandari (بندری) pizza so much that we had to come back and get it again.
The Bandari pizza is a deep-dish delicacy garnished with sliced Persian sausage, tomato sauce, onions, green peppers, mozzarella. We opted to upgrade from the 8" small pizza to the 10" medium pizza, and it was more than enough for a hungry father and son. The pizza is fairly expensive, but we felt we got good value for the money. The ingredients were distinct and delicious (love the flavour of the Persian sausage), the cheese was abundant and generous. The deep-dish crust was both light, clean (not oily) and flaky with good, moderate thickness. My little one even took the crust away from me to keep for himself. (A child liking crust? It must be good.)
The service on our first visit was really welcoming, and the second visit was the same. Both times, Zahra took care to prepare the patio for us, and she taught us how to write her name in the Persian-Dari alphabet (زهرا - I hope this is right?).
Pizza Shab in Richmond Hill is also a very popular late-night hang-out spot, especially during the summer - and for good reason. (I believe "Pizza Shab" might translate to: "Night Pizza" - so the name fits.) Looking forward to visit number three.
P.S. The new sign is very nice.

It’s a ripoff, quality it’s disgusting, basically they charge you 30$ for a pizza dough without any toppings and when i called them they don’t even care about any of this they just said it is what it is, worst customer service ever

Poor quality food and customer respect are not defined for this restaurant.
Tonight, my friend and I reminisced about the pizzas from Iran, especially Pizza Shab… It took me right back to the old pizza shops in Iran. It was a nice way to relive memories. The taste and baking of the pizzas were average, but it made for a memorable night for us.

We ordered a Bomb sandwich and fries and both of them were delicious but honestly they can put a little white sauce into the sandwich which can improve its taste, but all in all it was good and I have to mention that it was enough for two people, if you taste it I think you will like it, I recommend their food.
Their service was also good, they were respectful and kind. Everything was tidy and neat, you will enjoy it,
They had chairs and tables in front of the store and we sat outside, it was good for spring and summer time.
I think they have merged with Topoly (if I remember well) sandwich, so don't look for the sandwich store because they are the same now
