Ordered a vegan pizza (veggie with vegan cheese) on UberEats and they added beef and pepperoni! When I called to complain, the staff was barely apologetic about it, and said to contact Uber for any concerns. Terrible customer service!!

I love Pizzaiolo ! I pick up a slice to go at this store and really disappointed with the quality of pizza. I always have this pizza at my work downtown along Yonge street, thinking they’re all the same quality but it’s not. My favorite is the Godfather but they have none or didn’t make any so I got the Hawaiian, got home and reheated the pizza and the dough texture was like rubbery, it just wasn’t fresh that I got. Maybe just the one that I chose.🤷♂️1 star (Aug. 2024) for already made single slice!
Updated: 5 stars May 2025 It made a huge difference when I ordered the whole pizza to go. I ordered my favourite the Godfather pizza and made fresh! The place is close by where I live I decided one day and tried again, it didn’t disappoint It was great pizza exactly what I’m expecting in the first place. 4 stars atmosphere because it’s always hard to find a parking spot, surrounding is mostly busy.

I wish I could rate this store 0 star. I ordered a margherita pizza from Pizzaiolo for dinner tonight, and the food quality truly shocked me. What kind of restaurant would even sell an over-baked pizza to customers? I guess the management there must be slothful if they can’t even provide proper training to their pizza makers. Anyway, Pizzaiolo’s pizza would hurt your jaw and teeth if you don’t mind buying a rock-hard, over-baked pizza. I wouldn’t recommend their pizza to others. Save your money!

I have been to this place twice First time I ordered a large deep dish (confused with a Chicago style) hated the pizza too much dough not enough toppings. 2nd time, I got a medium pepp pizza xtra pepp, the amt of pepperoni looked light, like no xtra given. The issues with 2nd pizza was the pizza looks the size of a small, not medium, the dough was too tough, and more importantly, NO CHEESE!!! LIKE WHERE IS THE CHEESE!!! CAN THEY NOT AFFORD CHEESE!!! THERE WAS NO CHEESE!!! COULDNT TASTE THE CHEESE!!!! The sauces they have suck too

We ordered SIX party size pizzas for our pre wedding dinner and they were AWFUL. Card board would have tasted better. It was embarrassing having 30+ people to serve and this is what we had for food. Disappointed and a waste of $200.
