Cant rate as I was charged $75 for an order that I never received. Cancelled the order via Uber Eats 4 minutes after placing it and was charged full price. Amazing that they can fully make w party size pizzas in 4 minutes when delivery time was an hour and a half later (why I cancelled)... yes this is mainly an Uber issue but when calling Piazzolo and being told they absolutely already made it clearly this is a money grab!

Ordered 1/2 1/2 mafioso and nacho and got all mafioso. This was first time trying pizzaiolo and I'm not impressed. Wait was long and order was wrong. Plus your pizza is nothing more special. First and last time. **update** they told me to contact them so I emailed them and now they want me to call them. Nothing was done with customer service. Not looking for anything just wanted to see where this would go. They basically don't care.

I once in a while stop by to pick up pizza at this location, employees are very friendly and helpful. We always chit chat a bit, very warm welcoming people. Capone pizza is my favourite: mushroom chicken and parmesan dreamy taste. Our first stop for pizza.

Don’t go to this place! And I need the staff to apologise! I think they are discriminating Chinese/ Asian. I came at 6:40pm on Nov 22, 2025. The two staff at door. A tall woman and a man was on duty, they are the sfaff or manager. They are very super rude and shout at the customers who didn’t bring along with large bag for pizza. Will not recommend this place to my friends and family

We ordered a meat lover pizza and it was an absolute garbage. Tooooo salty. Very low quality. And the funny thing is that when we called, we were told that nothing wrong from our side. They didn't take any responsibility whatsoever

I wish i could rate this in negative. my extreme disappointment with the pizza I received from Pizzaiolo. The pizza arrived completely burnt — the smell of char was noticeable even through the sealed box. It was inedible; I couldn’t even chew it. I hadn’t eaten all day and was genuinely looking forward to this meal, but it was completely ruined. I paid $42 (excluding delivery charges) for this order, and this experience was unacceptable. I raised a complaint with both Uber and the store directly. When I called the restaurant, the staff member immediately knew which order I was referring to — which tells me this wasn’t an isolated issue — yet instead of offering an apology, he tried to justify it by saying “that’s how the pizza is supposed to be.” That response was incredibly dismissive and unprofessional. Pizzaiolo used to be one of my favorite pizza places, but this experience has completely changed my perception. I’m deeply disappointed by both the quality of the food and the lack of accountability from the store.

Pizzaiolo pizza used to be fresh and made with tasty dough, but for some reason it just doesn’t taste the same anymore. I asked for a normally baked pizza, but they served me a well-done, overly salty one instead. Not recommended anymore.
Very very bad pizza, first, it took 1 hour and half waiting, 3 uber drivers canceled because of the delay of the restaurant, then the order came very poor and stale, the pizza had no cheese at all even if I paid for extra , I called the store and I got poor customer service and refuse to listen to my issue , just telling to go and complain somewhere else, my first and last time in this location, dont order here at all , they are very very expensive and very poor food quality.

I ordered for delivery First, the Frankie Valli was an awesome pie and the only thing I would change is the sauce. On my Dr. Pepperoni I had the olive oil and garlic base and loved it I added 2 types of olives and mushrooms to the pepperoni pie I was surprised and loved the quality! Only one that has ever come Close is Makers and it’s a totally different concept Well worth your spend

Disappointed that there wasn't any Godfathers slices at all. Used to frequent the Yonge Eglinton location every lunch for a Godfathers and a pop. Ended up settling for a thin, overheated meat lovers with little toppings for $8 and a can of Coke Zero. Nearly shared my lunch with friendly flies inside the store. The place did not look clean, and felt old. I won't be returning to another Pizzaiolo again. Left customer service a message and haven't heard back.
