I have been ordering Pizzaville for 20 years until I ordered from this one. My first delivery I was charged twice. The next one was 45 minutes late and the driver put my pizza on the ground to get the credit card machine. I ask for a refund, and when I go to the store to get it, a young Indian man there challenges me to a physical fight.
I guess they give a franchise to anyone…

I’ve been a customer at this pizzaville for years. Today I made a pick up order via skipthedishes because I had a discount. Then the store called me asking me to cancel the order because there was a “technical issue”. Well if there are “technical issues” then maybe consider stop taking orders from the app. So I contacted skipthedishes, they said only the restaurant can cancel the orders. Then I called the store again asking if they can cancel the order on their end so I can get my money back. The person speaking on the phone was very rude and said I was wasting his time and hung up my call. Now I don’t have my food or my money refunded.
I have been ordering pizzas at Pizzaville Oak Ridges for so long. I believe I have ordered over 400 pizzas to date. They have saved me from cooking dinners many times. Aside from that their pizzas are delicious. My husband and I love them. The staff are very friendly to us every time we go in. I order a pizza weekly if not more sometimes. Thank you very much for your delicious pizza.💗
