I was waiting for food around 20 minutes for fast food. The girl that work at front desk (around 30 years old) She didn't care at all,she just walking around without doing anything, And at the end she handed over the food with very bad manner, She is so rude and terrible.

Absolutely pathetic service. These guys can't put together a simple uber eats order within 15 minutes. Sad sad sad. What a disappointing addition to the food court. Staff are incompetent and lazy. What a disgraceful operation of a business. Boycott this dive and let it be replaced with any other fast food out there. You get a better popeyes experience in Rexdale... what a joke.
Update after owner's response to my review: this location is even worse than before. Just an absolute travesty of a business operation going on here.

Good consistency with Popeye's standards. Staff was friendly and helpful. This location is inside the mall food court. It's noisy and busy. The mall doesn't allow trays so you have to eat on the paper bags.

the manager is really helpful,solved our problem really professionally :)
The food was fresh and the oil was clean. My only concern is that the service was slow and they did not have some of the products that were being advertised.

This is one of the worst locations in terms of chicken freshness. The food tastes old and it's overcooked probably because they are re-frying chicken that wasn't sold the previous day (or days).

I had an issue a few days ago, however I am editing my review as the owner has not only gone above and beyond to resolve the issue, but has given me a complimentary order today, which I was willing to pay for but he really wanted to make things right and made sure the order was ready to order and fresh.

I’ve given this location a few tries but three strikes and you’re out. First time they didn’t have tomatoes for the sandwich, second time they messed up my order, and now the third time they said it would be 7min and it took 12min for a chicken sandwich and I was the only person who was ordering. Location on Hwy7 east of Bayview is much better service and I’ll go there for now on.
