I coordinated a wedding here in September 2023.The service was great. Our venue coordinator, Annie, was always there when we needed her. The whole team was quick in serving the guests, and did a great job considering it was a 10 course meal served to 200+ people. The food was good and everyone was full by the 5/6 course so it was nice that the venue accommodates take out containers. The venue itself was a nice space. A bit outdated on the inside but it seemed to be the style of the venue. There were many out of service doors at the entrance, and 1 or 2 of the revolving doors were broken but still being used. There was also a deceased animal at the entrance of the venue, which most likely they called the city for but it wasn't so great to enter into the venue seeing that. I would have at least covered it!All in all, it is a great venue and I would definitely recommend. The layout of the room is nice, and it is easy to be separate from another event that is taking place next door.Thank you to the staff at Premiere Ballroom!! :)

This is one of my favorite dim sum restaurants. The service is always good. I I alway enjoyed their dim sum. High quality. The space is big and very high ceilings. Decorating western arts but it’s an exotic Chinese restaurant.

I've visited Premiere Ballroom for both dim sum and for a wedding. There are plenty of seats, so I've never had to wait in line for dim sum. While the service has been good, the food is just mediocre. The price is on the higher end, so I feel like you're paying more to be in a larger venue and surrounded by nicer decor. I heard they are actually closing down and will reopen as a seafood restaurant, so check it out while it's still operating.

Such a negative experience.Very Rude Servers did not provide much of a service nor was helpful,Demanded for Extra tips. All servers looked very unhappy to be there and have customers in the restaurent.Terrible food. 3 small Dumplings cost $10.. Not worth the price. Cannot believe how a place like this be in restaurent business..

Good for big tables. Gaudy, European-esque interiors (designed by old HKers, probably), which I actually kind of enjoyed? My family wasn’t very happy with the service, but personally I give grumpy service a pass when it looks like the place is a nightmare to work at. Dim sum is good but some of the dishes were a miss/better at other places.Overall: decent dim sum! Not as expensive as some other places in the area.

I came here for my sister's wedding and this is my experience.Food: We had the traditional 10 course meal. I had it at other places like emerald Chinese restaurants, which I found to be better. However, it wasn't that bad. They also provided vegetarian versions of the 10 course meal which other places do not accommodate.Service: Their service was really good for the banquet hall. They actually brought drinks to us, and if we requested a child seat, they brought one. There was a bit of a language barrier, but we got through it. They were friendly, professional, and hardworking. They also let us come the night before to decorate. They staff helped and even joked around with us.Ambiance - It is very nicely decorated in traditional Asian fashion, and there are additional halls. Plently of parking too. They also had a water foundation and washrooms. The only thing I didn't like was there was a scent of dirty rags? It wasn't powerful, but it was faint. This location held 200+ people fyiOverall, not the worst hall, it is not the worst hall. It has its charms and was a wonderful experience.

I attended a 60th Anniversary Celebration and had a wonderful experience at this venue! However, the acoustics were somewhat a hindrance to hear the speeches, but it is probably due to the hall size?

Good food but lack of service from this place! The servers that brings the food doesn’t give the food with the sauces which you have to ask and wait. No hot water pot beside my got teapot. Gotta ask for everything!!!

I was here for dimsum at noon time today. And I called ahead of time to make reservations for 12:30, I was there around 12:05, we didn't have a table until 1pm and the hose was very rude. She kept saying take the number or wait for another hour.

The food was delicious. Service was pretty fast. I went on a day when it wasn't really busy. Super spacious was able to have a conversation with Friends without too much background noise. A little on the pricer side, but still a great place.
