Great food with good variety! The atmosphere is very modern, homey, and inviting. Staff are friendly. Only downside is that there isn’t a lot of room, so more likely than not you will be waiting for a spot. Fairly priced and plenty of parking.

Although the servers are sweet, patient, great overall and the food arrives fairly quickly.. there are zero substitutions.. meaning not even for allergies or sensitivities. I brought my kids for breakfast, and we had to pay full price without substitutions. Not even able to get more of something that's already in the dish. Ridiculous. You end up wasting so much money for example water and lemon is 2$ plus Tax.

I can’t say enough good things about Ramona’s Kitchen at Hillcrest Mall! It truly has the BEST brunch, lunch and dinner in the area. Everything I've tried is fresh, delicious, and absolutely mouthwatering. I've been to so many brunch spots, but this place stands out every time. The food is always tasty and made with such care it’s honestly some of the best I’ve had.

A special shout-out to Setareh, who’s been amazing every time I visit. She has such a great attitude and always goes above and beyond to help me pick the best dishes. Her recommendations are spot on! I tried the Schnitzel Benedict and the Burger Benny, both of which were perfect so flavorful and filling.

Thank you to the entire team for providing such a fantastic dining experience. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for great food and excellent service. Can’t wait to come back!❤️

the other day, We were sitting by the door and we asked them to please open the door. Poor management. First they said they couldn't but then they did we are paying customers. or at least shut the heat down. then my coffee cup was leaking spilled cupaccino on my pants. the table was wobbly they had to fix it. not impressed by this place. definitely wont be going back there.

Went to Ramona’s Place today with a group of 10, and even though the restaurant was nearly empty, they wouldn’t seat us together, saying they only serve groups of 5 or fewer. So if you are going with a big group this place is not for you!

The menu was another letdown—no modifications allowed at all, so I barely had options as someone who doesn’t eat bacon or chicken. The waiter had an attitude and showed no interest in being helpful. We ended up leaving without ordering. Definitely not a place for big groups or anyone who wants flexibility in their meal. Very disappointed.

First time enjoying breakfast at this location.

Had the dads breakfast and it was more then enough food for myself and my 1 year old son. Haha the description is correct!

Service was great and the washrooms were clean and tidy. Great for us as we like to change our baby before leaving a restaurant.

The servers were all so nice and very very attentive!!

Definitely will be back when in the area next.

Small restaurant for around 30 or so, but really nice place. Love the three toppings omelette of which I picked ham, bacon, and spicy havarti. I highly recommend this place!
