We recently enjoyed a family breakfast at Ramona's Kitchen, located inside Hillcrest Mall. The entrance to the restaurant is accessible from within the mall. The space is quite small, with only two rows of tables, which likely explains the 20–25 minute wait for a table.

The interior is tastefully designed, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were courteous and hardworking throughout our visit. Our server, Alexia, was especially attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.

The food arrived promptly and was very flavourful. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend Ramona’s Kitchen for your next breakfast, lunch, or brunch outing with family or friends.

Was good overall but not my favourite place. I probably won’t go back unfortunately as I really didn’t like the hollandaise sauce, it had an off taste and the French toast was excessively eggy and minimally cinnamon tasting. But overall it was alright. We got the eggs Benedict, challah French toast, pistachio latte and earl grey tea.

The food was absolutely amazing!

The schnitzel is cooked perfectly with an excellent crunch. The chorizo is mouth watering and the hollandaise sauce is creamy and light. All the flavors compliment each other quite beautifully.

The staff is bright, and attentive. Our server Alexia provided top notch service!

You won't be disappointed by this place.

Great food with good variety! The atmosphere is very modern, homey, and inviting. Staff are friendly. Only downside is that there isn’t a lot of room, so more likely than not you will be waiting for a spot. Fairly priced and plenty of parking.

Although the servers are sweet, patient, great overall and the food arrives fairly quickly.. there are zero substitutions.. meaning not even for allergies or sensitivities. I brought my kids for breakfast, and we had to pay full price without substitutions. Not even able to get more of something that's already in the dish. Ridiculous. You end up wasting so much money for example water and lemon is 2$ plus Tax.

I can’t say enough good things about Ramona’s Kitchen at Hillcrest Mall! It truly has the BEST brunch, lunch and dinner in the area. Everything I've tried is fresh, delicious, and absolutely mouthwatering. I've been to so many brunch spots, but this place stands out every time. The food is always tasty and made with such care it’s honestly some of the best I’ve had.

A special shout-out to Setareh, who’s been amazing every time I visit. She has such a great attitude and always goes above and beyond to help me pick the best dishes. Her recommendations are spot on! I tried the Schnitzel Benedict and the Burger Benny, both of which were perfect so flavorful and filling.

Thank you to the entire team for providing such a fantastic dining experience. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for great food and excellent service. Can’t wait to come back!❤️

the other day, We were sitting by the door and we asked them to please open the door. Poor management. First they said they couldn't but then they did we are paying customers. or at least shut the heat down. then my coffee cup was leaking spilled cupaccino on my pants. the table was wobbly they had to fix it. not impressed by this place. definitely wont be going back there.
