Friendliest service and delicious wrap!

I visited Reyhaneh kebab in Richmond Hill to buy kebab for my kids, who only enjoy Kobideh and not anything else. When I got home , I discovered that the food was chicken instead of kobideh. Upon contacting the restaurant, they offered to replace it, but I had to return in very cold and snowy weather, causing significant delay and inconvenience.

While I understand that mistakes can happen for any businesses but my main concern is that the restaurant asked me to return food, which raises questions about professionalism and food safety. A reputable restaurant should not ask customers to bring back opened food, as it can lead to potential reuse, which is not acceptable.

I want to make it clear that my intention is to highlight the importance of proper food safety practices. I hope the restaurant can consider this feedback and improve their approach in the future.

My family and I, along with our extended family, have been loyal customers of Reyhan Kabob since the very beginning. They have never once compromised on quality. Every dish is consistently fresh, flavorful, and prepared with care. What truly sets Reyhan apart are the people—always welcoming, kind, and full of joy. Even though they are mainly a takeout restaurant, the experience feels less like picking up food and more like being part of a family. Richmond Hill is lucky to have Reyhan Kabob, and we are grateful for all the years of wonderful meals and memories.

This is a place where you pick up the best kebab and Persian food then enjoy. The people are lovely and the food is top notch. We actually order 20-30 skewers of kebab kobideh to take home and freeze every time we are visiting our parents in Richmond Hill. Take it out of the freezer, warm it up, and make sandwiches to die for.

I usually avoid leaving comments, whether positive or negative, because judging is not easy. However, this time I felt I should share my experience — not to damage your business, but to hopefully raise awareness.

I haven’t tried your other dishes, so I cannot comment on them, but the koobideh I ordered was far from what one would expect. Its texture was full of sinew and tough pieces, and it really didn’t resemble proper minced meat. To be honest, it was so disappointing that it completely ruined my appetite for what is normally one of the most enjoyable Iranian dishes, Koubide.

I was not satisfied at all, and I sincerely hope you take this feedback as an opportunity to improve the quality of your food. You youreself better know what I mean, It depends on your VEJDAN, you better know it was not meat in your Koubide, it was garbage of some disgusting items similiar to meat inside it. Unfortunately, in trying to attract customers with low prices, you are not offering food of slightly lower quality that could still be acceptable — instead, it was awful and almost like garbage. No problem if you want to sell your food at a good price, but please make sure to provide proper quality and service.
