I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone !! Had a reservation for 12 on March 3rd . They asked for $100.00 deposit I did e-transfer, prior our visit,they didn't include my deposit on my bill .I call the restaurant to let them know they said they need their account to be there to reverse my money!! It's been a month and still waiting, called today and the receptionist told me that we brought this to our managers attention,and will notify them again , why should I waited and call several times for a month to get my money back ??? When I told the receptionist that I will write a review, she said this is a personal division!! So disappointed because our group of more than 15 people stop going to that place. Now it's not about a 100.00 it's about customer service and care !!

We just came 5 minutes before the Iftar today- 25th March, 2024. We were late. My daughter was fasting too today and she wanted to eat Chipotle. All of us were fasting. Since one of the member was bringing outside food, I came to the restaurant and ask their front desk that if they consider my daughter to take her chipotle food inside and she agreed. Than I go back to my car and bring her and order out kebab platter. Very unfortunately, their Manager came and stopped us to take my daughter Iftar inside in spite of knowing she is fasting and she is little girl. On this situation, they forced my daughter to go back on the car alone and take the food. This is very customer unfriendly, unprofessional, bad attitude, and they didn’t realized that due to their mistakes from the front desk my daughter has to take the trouble. I strongly recommend to double check their poorest and rude customer service before you order food and come for dinning.

My recent experience at Roses Kabab Takeout was nothing short of disappointing, particularly in regards to the abysmal quality of their rice and kababs. The rice was overcooked and tasteless, while the kababs were dry and lacking in flavor. The overall experience was underwhelming, and I would not recommend dining here if you're looking for quality Middle Eastern cuisine.
Long story short when I complained that my “Kabab Barg” is mixed of chicken and beef, and it is not whole beef I was told “ even a blind can recognize this is whole beef”. I am not exaggerating or adding any extra word to the sentence!

Horrible Service, ordered chicken breast Kabob dinner… waited for 10 minutes then when I asked them when it will be ready … they did not start it! The men totally ignored my order and wasted my time even though I pointed to the dish I wanted to order. How rude! I left is disappointment!!
