LOVE the soup is rich many levels. You can taste all the levels running in my mouth. Also you can choose original or less salty too. Noodles are chewy texture perfectly. Recommend to my friends 👏👏😃
Great comfort food. Tonkotsu is so creamy and rich. You can choose either thin or thick noodle but my preference is thin😋. Most noodle soup comes with ajiksuke tamago (ramen egg) and two pieces of chashu. Spicy tan tan will be for those who like moderate spicy noodle. Tomato is very satisfying if you like tomato soup 🍅.
