Sansotei has always been good to me. I’ve been eating here for years, and even though there are other ramen shops nearby, this one is still the best. I always go for the Tonkotsu — the broth is rich and flavorful, and the toppings, especially the black fungus, are a perfect match. The egg is amazing and unlike any I’ve had elsewhere. I prefer my noodles on the softer side, and the staff always cook them exactly how I like. Highly recommended!

I’ve been to several locations of this store, but this one has by far the worst service. A few young staff were chatting among themselves with their backs to the customers. I tried waving and speaking at a normal volume, but no one responded until I had to raise my voice to get their attention. Really disappointing experience.

Stopped in for a late night bite. Even though it was very late our party of 5 was welcomed in for a great meal. The food was amazing as always. The service was the best I’ve seen from any establishment lately. Our server was very polite, attentive and super cool too. Food was fast and delicious. Must try the Zangi “fried dark meat chicken”. Delicious! Tonkatsu with thin noodles less salt is my go to. Never disappointed. This recent visit was the best one yet. This location just gets better with age. Keep up the good work Sansotei. See you again soon.

I love the portion of noodles and soup ratio here. Noodle texture is what I wanted not starchy. Delicious broth you can drink it all, do ask for less salty if you don’t like strong flavour.
I like the add on spicy paste, for 🌶️ lover like me! It’s really spicy!! To my surprise!

I had a great experience at Sansotei Ramen! The soup was incredibly rich and flavourful—exactly what you want in a comforting bowl of ramen. The staff were friendly, attentive, and impressively quick.
I was genuinely impressed by the quality of both the food and service. Definitely a spot I’ll return to and recommend to any ramen lover!

There are a few ramen places nearby but Sansotei is the one we keep going back to. It’s the only ramen my son really likes, especially the egg, and we’ve had consistently good meals here. The owner is friendly and pays attention to the customers, which doesn’t go unnoticed. Portion sizes are fair for the price and even when it’s busy, we’ve never felt rushed. It’s a comfortable spot that works well for a casual family meal.

I’ve been coming to this noodle shop regularly and it’s consistently one of my favorite spots. This past Sunday night was unusually busy — much more so than what I normally see — and it looked like the team was short-staffed. Yes, service was slower than usual, but I could see the staff working non-stop, doing everything they could to keep things moving. The food quality remained excellent, which says a lot about their consistency even under pressure. I really hope management takes note and supports their team with better staffing going forward. One rough night won’t change how much I enjoy and support this gem of a local business.
