Saray Turkish Restaurant

While the food and atmosphere were great, we were quite upset about the service. It took over 30 minutes for our food to come and when it did, it was cold. We also wanted our water refilled a few times but the servers were so busy that they came to check on us very rarely. It appeared like both the kitchen staff and front-of-the-house staff were greatly short-handed. We're unsure if we would return, even though their food was very good (especially their in-house bread)!!

I visited this restaurant with a friend at 11:30 AM, wanting tea and baklava. They refused to serve us unless we ordered breakfast first, claiming it wasn’t profitable to use a table for smaller orders. The breakfast was poorly arranged on a tiny table, and midway through, they moved our table to another spot, which was very unprofessional. The service was disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend this place for good hospitality.
