We had a wonderful time, celebrated 3 Family members Birthday's (2) belated and one still to come. One couple had never been there before, said they would definitely reserve sometime soon. We all loved the choices of appetizers and main Entrees & service was exceptional... It was not noisy, that it was easy keeping conversation going around the table. We have never had a bad experience at Sarpa... our entire family loves Sarpa! Anna
As usual the food was great. The Caesar salad was delicious but the portion size was considerably smaller than what we have been served in the past. The kid's pepperoni was a hit with the kids and the adults. The veal marsala was excellent. Outstanding sauce and well cooked accompaniments. The branzino was properly cooked and the sides were very good. The kids chicken fingers and fries was a generous portion. The kids pasta plate although properly cooked was definitely over...
We had a good meal and very happy with the service. The only thing was I couldn't understand what the hostess was saying to me about wearing "high heels" - I felt it was a bit too personal to comment on my high heels. She was a young girl. Was she trying to warn me about the hardwood floors? Was she afraid I would damage their hardwood floors :)) lol. No idea. Regardless, never comment on your customer's clothes or high heels (no, I am sure it was not a compliment...
