Everything is much improved since the new ownership! The falafel was high quality: crisp on the outside without being mushy nor dry on the inside. Our server was very knowledgeable about which items are vegan.

Had an amazing experience at Sofram Richmond Hill. staff was friendly and attentive, and the service was quick without feeling rushed. The food was delicious. Highly recommend for a great dining experience!
