This bakery is located in Richmond Hill, Toronto, Canada, and it offers authentic Hong Kong-style baked goods. They have a delightful selection, including pineapple buns, sandwiches, egg tarts, cakes (including birthday cakes), sausage buns, and even meal boxes like curry beef brisket rice and braised pork rice.

The bakery is cozy with a few tables for dining in, and it has a beautifully decorated interior that feels warm and welcoming. The owner is friendly and always recognizes me, even though i visit occasionally from the U.S. The service is warm, and the owner is always happy to chat.

The bread is exceptional, made with high-quality ingredients and minimal additives. Each bite has a satisfying texture and rich flavor, making it stand out from ordinary bread. The taste and texture are consistently excellent, which is why i always return. The prices are also very fair, offering great value.

Additionally, they serve coffee and Hong Kong-style milk tea, both of which are delicious.

In conclusion, I highly recommend this bakery and always make it a point to stop by whenever I’m in town.

I had the chicken mushroom cordycep steam rice with milk tea and thought it was okay but I was really hungry. I got my friend the Portuguese chicken rice and he said it was inedible/inpalatable and threw it away to order a burger.

Lovely higher end bakery with beautiful cakes and unique pastries.

Came here because it was less packed than lucuculus every Saturday before my shift, the lady there treated me like i am a homeless while i stood there look at the buns. She came, asked rudely “What do you look at??”Horrible experience, never come back

Craving for egg tart, happened to be close to this bakery. This was the worst egg tart I’ve had in years. The shell was not even close to anything called flaky. It was tough and had no flavour. The egg filling was hard. Very disappointed with this. How can a commercial bakery make such egg tarts and dare to sell them. It seemed like it was made by someone that cannot bake.

The service & the interior were nice, but the milk tea tasted like water & the curry beef bun was not seasoned at all, and the ground beef did not have an enjoyable texture.

The bread options they offer are stale, and have little to no flavour. The bread is chewy, rather than soft and fluffy. Unfortunate, as they have a lot of interesting options.

Service and atmosphere is average, nothing crazy.

Came back to try their new Durian pastries and they were delicious. Definitely a spot to try out for yourself before agreeing with certain reviews. The cashier was super helpful and polite, she helped explain what was in certain pastries and rice dishes whenever asked (I have certain food restrictions)
