So long time for order in staff so rude in staff people looking for tips on customer every one ignoring for drive

I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The wings were undercooked and even bloody, which was unacceptable. The beer was served warm and arrived quite late—well after the wings were brought out. There was no apology offered for the delay.

Additionally, the waitress attempted to take my dish while I was still eating and brought the bill without asking. Even the complimentary candy was melted.

Overall, this was the worst dining experience I've had, and I will not be returning to this location.

waitress was great. food wasn't the best . burger fry and something called gravy. should put regular stuff on burgers. no condiments for the burger.

Not too happy with this experience. The waitress was extremely polite and very friendly. The kids food was great no complaints. But my fiancé and I ordered the wings instead of the boneless, and we were not impressed. They were very hard, dry and very overcooked. I should have said something on the spot but didn’t want to embarrass the kids. As we were leaving my fiancé mentioned he thought his tooth chipped while eating the wings. Upon checking he did. We will probably have to report this to our dentist tomorrow when he goes in for an emergency appointment. Should get a refund for this!

If you’re looking to do wing sanity here, DONT DO IT. We came on a Thursday. It takes over 40 minutes per round. Store is severely understaffed. Don’t come.

No service at all. Extremely slow and couldn’t take order correctly

The Wing sanity was a great experience at dine there. It’s ok if it’s busy there because customers wants to try the wing sanity the all you can eat wings special 👍👍

I come to this location often and the food and service is always great. My server Anousha was amazing and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Will definitely be back again soon!

I went their last night with my friends, the nachos were soo good👍they had some cheese sauce on it.
I have never tasted before such good plant based wings!

I really enjoyed spending my evening with my friends and family here for my birthday. Our meals and beverages were delicious, and the service was excellent! Our server Ariella was very welcoming and attentive.
We will definitely be coming back to this St. louis!
