I went to celebrate my best friend's pre-birthday, the waitress's attention was the worst, I ordered a pitcher of sangria and when she brought it with the crystal glasses they were dirty, I kindly asked her to clean them but her response was that they were all dirty, but If I changed them, he came back with dirtier glasses and turned to me and gave me the worst glass saying it was for me, I had to clean them with the napkins, I definitely wouldn't come back to eat.

I placed an online order and went to the store for takeout pickup. I walked in the door and was greeted with a formal greeting, but they were focused on what they were doing and didn't try to serve me at all.
After a short wait, I asked a passing sales associate about my food, but they pretended to be interested, then went back to doing their own thing and didn't respond. (Only the delivery person, who I recognized, was interested...)
After another 10 minutes or so, I asked again and was told that nothing was ordered in my name. After showing them my email confirmation, they confirmed that I had ordered online. You serve pre-packaged food.
The food would have gotten cold in the meantime, and I was annoyed, though I didn't show it.
When I got home and opened it, it was in even worse shape.
The wings were almost blackened, stiff and horrible, as if they had been fried in oil that had been used for days.
It was a waste of money and time.
I've had similar experiences at other stores, not just this one, so I've traveled a long way to get to this one, but it seems like the staff at the previous store is just as bad.

Hello, I recently ordered two pounds of wings and a pitcher of beer at your restaurant. Unfortunately, shortly after eating, I felt very sick and ended up vomiting everything. I believe there might have been an issue with the quality of the food. I hope you can look into this to prevent it from happening to other customers. Thank you.

Wouldn’t serve us as we were a party of 9. Place was empty. Waitress said we needed a reservation. We said we aren’t in a hurry and have lots of time. Guess they were happy to have an empty restaurant.

Our waitress appeared drunk or high. We ordered the slushy float, which was anything but slushy, and tasted all out of proportion. Our waitress admitted to us that 9 times out of 10, whenever she makes them, they are returned and that they are "too complicated for her". She completely disregarded one of our party members, we had to flag down another waitress for his drink order.
The wings were great, but took a long time to arrive.

The persian lady that worked today at night was very nice. I dont know her name but she was very polite and also I could see she was working very hard. She cleaned our table and made sure our table is cleaned before we seat. I also left my jacket and she came to the parking lot and gave it to me. What a great customer service, very loving girl!! Thank you for your loving service!
