Went for lunch. Not many people in the restaurant. Got the wings and rib combo. Wings were just slightly above room temperature with minimal sauce. Wait staff serving literally 2 tables including us only: dropped off the food (forgot the cutleries), asked us how the food was after we were mostly done. Any other requests including getting cutlery required us to take about 5 minutes to find her.Very mediocre food, subpar service. Would not recommend

The service here is extremely slow, and the staff seem to lack some organization skills and aren't able to take orders on separate bills. We got to the restaurant at around 8:40 pm, with an understanding that our reservation was for 9 pm and we were willing to wait, only to find out our reservation which was confirmed, had not been recorded in their system and as they were busy they lacked available tables to seat us. After some changes were made by around 9:20 pm, we waited to be served, which took until 9:30 only for them to begin handing menus and water, which we were told they did not have enough clean cups for at that moment, resulting in a longer wait time for those as well. We then waited until 10:20 to receive the food. So we waited approximately 1 and half hours to receive an order that could've been placed much sooner if there had been no delays. Our servers tried to balance multiple tables which was very difficult as it was a busy night, but I see no reason as to why we should have had so much time wasted as it gets frustrating after a while. The service was generally so slow and by the end when we were presented with our bills, the orders were not all separated and so we ALSO had to spend even more time separating each order from one another and review the mistakes made on the bills several times. We simply wish that the staff team was more organized and that next time, please be prepared to serve customers adequately who had reservations.

Service was terrible.We Waite 40 minutes for our order ,Chicken was cold . There were not even forks on the tables. We waited for 20 minutes for the kitchen to bring us forks! We sat for 15 minutes but no one came to take our order. The soda tasted like syrup, the temperature of the restaurant was low, it was really unbelievable, the condition of this branch was really awful.

It took 50 mins to get a kids' meal fish and chips get on the table. My son was starving. It also took 20 min for a diet Pepsi to get refilled by saying 3 times. Won't come back again. Very angry. The full rack was not delicious at all. My son usually eats a full rack, but he didn't eat this rib at all.

This place is my place to go for a great time. Love it because the service is fantastic and I always meet good people with good personalities. Good conversations. The food is good and always how I ask for it and prompt service. All the staff is friendly and attentive. Jhanae, Ines, Maria, Baran, Zinab and the others.

I am normally not a particular bar patron but wow...this place ceases to amaze me. This is now twice I've been here...once before COVID and my first time back tonight. BOTH times I see a whole bunch of waitresses and bartenders standing around near the kitchen talking like a bunch of high school girls knowing that I came in and completely ignored me. BOTH times I've had to walk up to them and literally ask to be served? Are you kidding me? I've been to many places of establishment and this by far is the worst one. After tonight and the lack of service I got again today I will make sure I never go back there again. I guess each to it's own

I went to pick up two UberEATS orders from here tonight and it was an absolute disaster. Normally they have orders ready in a timely manner, but I waited for over an hour tonight before giving up and unassigning the orders. I don’t think they had even started preparing my orders yet when I ended up leaving, which is crazy. There were around 10 other people also waiting for delivery/takeout, much of all of our valuable time was wasted unnecessarily.It’s understandable that the restaurant was backed up as it was Super Bowl Sunday, but waiting 2+ hours for an order is ridiculous. The store should have expected how busy it would be and scheduled more staff to work or not accepted any new delivery orders once they realized they could not prepare them in a reasonable amount of time, as the customers were also getting very frustrated with the wait.In my 2 years of doing Uber I’ve never experienced anything like this. My advice to the staff would be to let us know right when we walk in about how long the wait is gonna be. If it’s gonna be over an hour wait then please let us know, we will appreciate it very much. If I knew it would have even taken over 30 minutes, I would have unassigned the order right at the start to allow another driver to pick it up. Instead, over an hour of my time was wasted.The wings are pretty good tho

Absolutely wonderful service. Our waitress was Jahney all 3 times we went and she was great each time. She gave us amazing recommendations, took pictures for us and is so nice :) also the food is so goood. (Get the garlic parm you will not be disappointed)

Got their All You Can Eat boneless wings for $19.99 deal with a friend the other week, both of us were beyond disappointed with the food and service.We were seated fairly quickly and our waitress was friendly, but that is the extent of the positives for the service. It was almost like we were forgotten about, in the hour and a half we were there the waitress only came by a couple of times even after I signalled to her that we needed something. Since the both of us were doing the AYCE deal, you'd think the waiting staff would routinely check on the table to see if we were ready for another order of wings.As for the wings themselves, they were terrible. Rather than having a crisp on the outside they had more of a shell that required a good amount of force to penetrate with a fork or to bite off a piece. The actual meat was beyond dry and felt like saw dust in the mouth when chewed. Each of us only did two orders of the wings, the initial order with fries then one more after. We didn't stop because we were full, we stopped because the food straight up sucked. My first order was the Authentic Buffalo which by itself tasted good, but it wasn't good enough to save the wings. My second order was the Mississippi BBQ and taste wise it was good but I'm confident they just pulled the sauce from the fridge because the texture was gelatinized.Years ago St.Louis had an AYCE wing deal (normal wings) and it was great. I'm not sure if my experience here was a location issue or a franchise issue but regardless my friend and I both left upset with the service and the quality of the food.The fries were good though.I'd say at least avoid the wings from this location, you will be wasting your money.
