I typically order over the phone and pick up at restaurant. Their wings are generally in good quality and consistent from order-to-order.

Honestly, I don’t normally leave poor reviews. We have eaten at this establishment many times and never had much of an issue. That all comes to a stop with the garbage service and quality of food I received recently. I had ordered from Uber my normal typical order. I called the restaurant to make a request asking for no pickles. When the order came, there was pickles in the item I had asked to be removed. A house salad we ordered and paid for was missing. The food was freezing cold, the wings were dry, and it was overall just disgusting. Honestly such a bad experience that I had to write this review. I called the restaurant to complain and she advised me I had to deal with Uber support - I expect better for such a large franchise. We received no support, no refund, no credit, not even an apology. We won’t be eating at this restaurant again.

I stopped in at the St Louis Bar & Grill in Richmond Hill &16th Avenue for Wingsanity, and i was greeted by Jenna. She is such an amazing server, she was on top of anything I required. She was very friendly, and eager to make my experience a great one, and she exceeded that. I will definitely be back to this location.

If you're not already a regular at St Louis Bar and Grill, you’re missing out! Hands down, they serve the best wings across all locations—crispy, flavorful, and absolutely addictive. And the new pizza? To die for! ? Perfectly crispy crust, fresh toppings, and melted cheese that makes every bite heavenly.

Shoutout to Tanisha for incredible service—super friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Whether you're here for the wings, the pizza, or just a good time with great drinks, St louis nails it every time. Highly recommend!

I recently visited this St. Louis Wings, and I have to say,, the founder Brent Poulton’s vision from 1992 is alive and thriving. The hotter-than-hell wings were the pinnacle of perfection—crispy on the outside, juicy and tender on the inside, hitting the mark flawlessly. The fries were equally outstanding, arriving hot and perfectly cooked. It’s no wonder people keep coming back for more. If you’re in search of the ultimate wings and fries experience, look no further than this St. Louis Wings location.

My recent visit to St. Louis Restaurant was nothing short of spectacular, and a significant part of that was thanks to our incredible server, Tanisha. From the moment we walked in, Tanisha greeted us with a warm smile and a welcoming demeanor that set the tone for the evening.
The ambiance of the restaurant was very lovely, but it was Tanisha’s exceptional service that truly made our night. She was attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and her recommendations were spot on. Her friendly and professional attitude made us feel like valued guests.
Tanisha went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our dining experience was perfect. Her attention to detail and genuine care for our satisfaction were evident throughout the evening.
