Been going to this location for a while but recently has been horrible. They take forever to get you seated, do not even aknowledge you and give attitude. All tables are dirty, alwayyyyys understaffed, no manager. Everything takes forever to arrive. Food finally comes out cold and if you send it back they reheat it in microwave!! God knows what else they do to the food. At the end they have the audacity to charge you for something you didn’t even eat. Sad to say after many years will never return! The taste is not the same as in other locations. They don’t care if you ask for all flat, extra saucy or any other requests. They do whatever they want.

Small place, so get there early if you have a large group. No reservations on the weekend either.Food was excellent. We went there just for AYCE ribs fest. Servings were consistent and mostly quick. Fries were nice and crispy too.Staff were friendly.
